Experienced Digital Content Assistant who can think outside the box, continuously improve and develop & is a team player

Responsibilities and Duties

Planning, scheduling, and posting content
Collaborating with colleagues to understand briefs
Writing posts under supervision
Monitoring social media metrics and reporting to management
Performing other tasks related to our brand’s social media presence, as required
Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Working with the copywriter & the creative team to create high-converting ad copy, images, and videos.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Passionate about social media (Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, LN)
Work experience as a Social media manager is a plus
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Communication skills
This is a work-from-home role, with semi-flexible work hours. You must be online and reachable to the team from 10 am to 2 pm Belgrade time from Monday to Friday. This is when our entire team is online and when we have team calls, discuss tasks and goals and provide feedback.
The remaining 4 hours/day can be spent on tasks whenever you like, the only exception being an occasional client call.
All of the work is logged into Hubstaff. Time tracking + screenshots are non-negotiable.
