📘 How to Use the Shopify LTV Calculator

1. Upload your Shopify orders_export.csv file
   You can export this file from your Shopify admin orders section.
2. Choose whether to include Cancelled/Refunded orders
   Toggle Include Cancelled/Refunded to count those orders in calculations.
3. Toggle Taxes & Shipping inclusion
   Decide if you want Taxes & Shipping added to order values with Include Taxes & Shipping.
4. Click “Calculate LTV”
   This processes the data and shows your store’s Average Order Value, Purchase Frequency, and Customer Lifetime Value.
5. Optionally export your results
   Use the Export Results button to download your analysis as a CSV file for further review.
