This Agreement is between you and ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP governing your use of the Claude Connection application (the "App").
ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for internal business use only.
The App connects Intuit QuickBooks with the Anthropic Claude AI API for AI-assisted financial data analysis and automation.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or use the App for unlawful purposes, or share credentials with unauthorised parties.
Use of the App requires compliance with Intuit Developer Terms of Service and Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the App remain the exclusive property of ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may disconnect at any time via your QuickBooks account settings. ROASROCKET MARKETING LLP may terminate access for breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.
