We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who lives in the world of outbound, follow ups, and clean HubSpot pipelines. You will be the ignition point of Digital Rocket’s revenue engine, turning cold outreach into warm, qualified conversations for Ivan and the sales team.

It is about making sure every quality lead is either booked, moved forward, or clearly disqualified. No drift. No ghosts.

You are the bridge between attention and action.

💥 What You Will Do

On a typical week, you will:

  1. Execute daily outbound and follow up
  • Run and monitor outbound sequences in Apollo, email and LinkedIn

  • Use pre-set cadences plus custom replies, and make sure no lead goes cold

  • Move leads forward to clear next steps instead of letting threads die

  1. Own HubSpot hygiene and pipeline clarity
  • Update contact statuses, log every touchpoint, and keep deal stages accurate

  • Make sure there are no leads sitting without a clear “next action”

  • Give Ivan and the team a pipeline they can trust at a glance

  1. Book, confirm and protect sales calls
  • Coordinate booking logistics, time zones and confirmations for Ivan’s sales calls

  • Send reminders and Looms where helpful, track no-shows and reschedules

  • Keep the call pipeline efficient and prioritized around real opportunities

  1. Send custom offers and audit links
  • Send pre-set pitch materials, audit links or light personalized Looms

  • Tailor communication to the lead type while staying inside our frameworks

  1. Report lead quality and outreach performance
  • Summarize what you see: which sequences get replies, which channels are weak, which lead sources give junk

📈 How We Measure Success

You are winning in this role when:

  • Speed to first follow up: within 1 business day (often much sooner)

  • Calls booked per week: at least 5 qualified sales calls from your pipeline

  • HubSpot hygiene: 0% leads sitting with no “next action” defined

  • Outreach performance: at least 10% reply rate on outbound campaigns

  • Offers to booked calls ratio: 80%+ of offers or audit links sent lead to a booked conversation

The goal is not just volume, but clean, honest throughput that Ivan and the team can rely on.
