How can I prepare for an interview?

Online job interviews are similar to the traditional interview, but the goal is the same. Your mission is to present yourself as you are, have stable Internet connections, and correctly set video and sound. Don’t worry; we will provide you with a document to help you prepare.

What should I focus on when applying for a job at Digital Rocket?

Be honest and focus on your strengths. Share your experiences, when you’ve failed and learned or your desired path in the future where you see yourself.

Does Digital Rocket offer remote roles or flexible working hours?

We are fully remote, and all our positions are remote with flexible working hours. Still, there is a time when the whole team is online.

How does the Digital Rocket hiring process work?

Our process is simple and communication with candidates is always open. This is how the hiring process works:

After applying for the position, our recruitment team evaluates your qualifications for the selected role. Our recruiter will contact you if you are selected for the next phase. 

2nd next phase is an introductory interview - in 15 minutes, you need to make an introduction, and we will provide you with information about the position. 

3rd phase is a technical interview with a test task. Your time to shine and show us what you know. When all steps are complete, the team members and recruiters will submit their feedback and discuss whether you are the perfect fit for this role or another one in our company. You can discuss the details with them if you receive a job offer. After you accept the offer, you’ll work together to determine the start date, complete the paperwork, and finalise other details.

Whatever decision is made, the recruiter will contact you with the final decision.

Will there be a work assignment?

Of course, we have an assignment for all job opportunities in our teams that will help candidates better understand what they can expect from the position. Also, assignments help us to make the best decision for our team. All tasks are only for testing.
