Why This Role Exists

We’re a performance-driven agency known for paid growth—but what we need now is an organic growth engine that earns attention on its own. You’ll be the driver behind our public-facing narrative, trend integration, and content-led demand generation. You’ll keep Digital Rocket (and NOBS) culturally relevant, visible, and top-of-mind to future clients, talent, and collaborators.

You’ll play a major role in growing our NOBS platform—a separate brand we’ve built to eliminate BS from marketing and generate leads for Digital Rocket through high-value content across YouTube, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Curate viral trends daily, identify why they work, and send action-ready reports (not fluff).

  • Create and publish 5–7 organic posts per platform/week that reflect current market conversations—using tools like Opus AI, CapCut, or your own content stack.

  • Own the voice across our social platforms, reply to comments and DMs, and grow real community.

  • Launch lead-gen experiments using LinkedIn DMs, downloadable assets, or social CTAs—then track the ROI.

  • Collaborate on cross-channel campaigns, ensuring social media leads or supports wider initiatives.
