💼 What You’ll Do

  • Review and refine creative briefs to align with performance goals

  • Design and lead monthly testing frameworks (angles, hooks, formats)

  • Analyze creative data (CTR, CPC, CPA) to improve future campaigns.

  • Build scalable templates and systems from what’s working.

  • Prepare monthly creative reports that tie performance to strategy.

  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, and Media Buyers to execute with precision.
