💼 What You’ll Do
- Build custom, pixel-perfect Shopify themes from Figma files or from scratch
- Implement CRO changes directly into code (not just plugin installs)
- QA for bugs, UX snags, and page speed issues
- Integrate tracking tools (GA, Meta Pixel, etc.) and Shopify apps.
- Perform audits, fixes, and updates on existing stores
- Flag blockers early to keep launches moving

🛠 Required Skills
- Shopify + Liquid proficiency (custom theme builds, not just Dawn edits)
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive, high-performance stores
- Familiarity with PageSpeed, GTmetrix, Browserstack, and QA tools
- App installation and optimization experience
- Tracking & data integrity across analytics tools (GTM, GA, Meta Pixel)
- Strong understanding of CRO principles (above-the-fold, CTA placement, UX flows)
📈 Required Experience
- 2+ years building and optimizing Shopify stores
- Experience improving CVR, load speed, and add-to-cart rates.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and dev-side impact
- Bonus: background in CRO, ecomm marketing, or UI/UX
