00:00Hey, where are you? My name is Ivan, and I'm recording this for help, to help Voicon and you guys get better results.

00:10I checked out the whole website on a lot of different places and have some data that I wanted to show you, but first I wanted to go over your website and ads just to give my two cents on some things that I see as an issue.

00:23The main issue The main first thing that I wanted to point out is that when you use your prime realist, like your first impression to just say, we are better than you, meaning that you're just saying something that's quite obvious, especially if they're on the website, they kind of know that you're better than

00:37you. That means that you didn't figure out your core message. So, you would have something like, what is your core advantage, key competency, something like that, that's going to make the you user on the other side say yes. The other option to that would be that you're going

00:53after, like, either the parents or the kids, and you have different messaging depending on that, and you can even have that on the slider and test them out and stuff like that. So, the fact that you don't have this already puts me in a thinking pattern that there's a lot of things just added on top

01:07of everything, and it's not really that thought of, like, what people really want to see and what would kind of push people towards, uh, figuring out what is, uh, like, what they really want to read about.

01:18Uh, that's one of the things. I do understand that people do have a higher tolerance to reading stuff through, uh, for colleges, and that they will read more, but still, I think that saying the right stuff at the right places is going to be important. So, for example, things like this are not really going

01:34to be that ideal. We really need to figure out the core messaging.

01:37What is going to be the thing that makes them actually click?

01:41What is the thing? Is it just like another college you're looking at, or is this a special thing that we can provide to them?

01:47Uh, another thing that I saw is that you have testimonials all the way on bottom here, and the girl talks about criminology.

01:53So, like, if this is a popular topic and stuff like these like these special classes are highly successful.

02:00So, you could use stuff like that to put them on the top, and then people would be inclined more to know that they're at the right place. Uh, the biggest issue I have with any data you might have so far collected is because you have your login page on the,

02:17as a subdomain, so meaning that everybody that is a student or whatever is going to be joining, and that data is going to be mixed with the people that we're advertising, meaning that we do not have a clue what is exactly happening with your call traffic because everything is being mixed.

02:30So, I highly advise that we go for switching to a separate domain for the login or something like that, so the data doesn't mash up and doesn't cause problems.

02:40So, I'll give you an example here where our session length is eight minutes for the twenty-five, twenty-six thousand people that go to the login page of the academy or the college.

02:50So, uh, the main problem with that is that that's just like your people that sign up and go into the login, meaning that most of these people are not, they're not real users, they're converted and they're using the portal for the college.

03:04So, it's not the same thing. We're searching for people that are going to respond to our thank you page, to our landing pages, to the first messages we need to run tests, and then data like this of people that have been already converted is going to be an issue that's

03:16going to cause long-term problems. So, that's the first problem that I wanted to point out.

03:22So, the next thing I wanted to show you is this Nigeria.

03:25So, I don't know if you really have that many people coming from Nigeria or not. I just think that, uh, this should be investigated because this number steeply drops.

03:36Uh, when you switch to the main website and then when the data is mixed up. Another thing I wanted to point out is that on 2.3 minute session time on average, this means that our overall amount of time that people spend on the website is like 1.2 minutes for the cold people.

03:55Probably even less, meaning that we do have some stickiness issues, meaning that they are not really finding what they're searching for, potentially. And then on top of it, the amount of different pages that we open is something that is probably also skewed. Uh, let me calculate.

04:12Okay, so I'll ask ChatGPT to point this out just to make sure that they have the right numbers. Uh, uh, okay.

04:24Uh, so it didn't draw, it didn't, it's not that bad, so okay, it's, these numbers could be still true.

04:35So the main thing that I'm trying to verify is the data because we do have a data pack that's not really good and it's skewing the numbers in the favor and it makes looking at everything looks much better.

04:47The other thing that I want to point out is that, if the average user goes through 3.5 pages or more, meaning 4 pages, that means that they're searching for information.

04:56So if they're searching for information, we really need to make sure that they get the information in the easiest way possible.

05:01So already this, you can imagine, they're going through this, they have a lot of different places to click, they move around, so potentially they might have questions and information that you're searching for that you're not giving them. What I presume, uh, what I propose we do is, uh,

05:17that we go through a process of figuring out what is Barry, you, and what could we actually write to here that could actually move the needle. I would build two avatars, just in case that we need to figure out, like, who is going to

05:29be the decision maker, is it going to be the kids or the parents, and how are going to be, what is going to be the difference in between them, what they want to see, what they are concerned about.

05:38And so, with that, I would start explaining, like, the main point of the website is to show them trust and authority after you show them everything that they are interested in seeing.

05:48So, in this case, you are not really showing trust and authority.

05:50Your testimonials look hideous, the whole website is, like, not really that performing.

05:56There are issues with the loading speed, by the way. So, like, this is 45, especially if you plan to scale it.

06:00Well, you need to get this up, and the desktop is not that better at all. So, for a website that's not really that developed, like, you have a lot of it, a lot of it, meaning in content, but it's not really high, high, like, videos and stuff like that, this could be better.

06:16A simplification of the homepage, making everything run fast, is going to make everything much easier for a stickiness rate later.

06:24So, in my opinion, we need to start putting stuff like how many people passed, how are people reacting when they finish college, is this a good idea or not, so basically showing them maybe numbers of people that gave good reviews to the college,

06:39or just the statistics, or the number of people that went through the college, any type of, like, guarantees, or values, or stuff like that. But just saying we are better than you is just a huge mistake. Huge waste of real estate.

06:51So, this is how I'm just looking at the whole situation, and this all needs to be kinda edged up to have more of a, like, I don't know, I do understand that the modern experience of college is basically, like, kindergarten extended for older people,

07:08but, like, I don't know if people are gonna react well to just seeing stuff like them having dodgeball and giving t-shirts while you tell, like, this, like, preparing students for the world and she's receiving a teacher, a t-shirt. Like, how is that preparing anyone for the world is beyond

07:28me. So, I really think that this all needs to be conceptualized towards the end user. I think the, the user, is not understood. The information is not there.

07:40They're spending a lot of time searching and probably being frustrated. And then there's a lot of Vogue stuff added everywhere, and I kind of don't see what is kind of, like, the point of ARU besides, like, we're so amazing and life is going to be nice.

07:55Like, the whole, in my perspective, especially as the economy of the world is going through turmoil, people are going to be more incentivized toward hardcore facts and things that they can actually get, like, results from. Like, when their kids finish this, is this going to give them a better life or not?

08:12Can they see a story of people that did this decision before and are they happy about it? Your college, if they went through, like, really big publications or features, it can be all added to the first impression.

08:24And the moment you show that, it shows dominance, composure, all of the things you achieved as a business through the years.

08:31So, all of the information's missing, everything's lacking, everything's basically not assembled properly.

08:38Now, to finish off this with a couple of more nails, and it's just in general, uhm, these all ads, again, point towards the same thing.

08:47That you do not have a clue why people are actually coming to you guys and why they think, uh, why, why you are a better choice than other colleges.

08:57So, you need to start digging down, maybe even doing surveys and stuff like that, and ask people, like, why did this help?

09:04Or maybe even go through people to finish the university, ask them, like, how did Barry Youve now help you have your job, find your job, keep your job, stuff like that. Interviews with people, if you finish the college, I think, will be much more important than,

09:16like, just random people holding random stuff that's not really that valuable for the user. So, as I watch this video, the first couple of things I wanted to point out, there's nobody really able to read this fast, and I think that just matching everything to the music without actually figuring

09:34out if you can read the text or not is kind of idiotic.

09:37to say the least, and a waste of ad spend. So, whoever conceptually is able to think about the user, everything is made to be on trend, copying other colleges, just doing the same thing, and nobody's actually thinking about what people want That's one thing. Another thing, when you have videos, like,

09:58you're not doing a voiceover, probably made a lot in AI. It all looks to be made mostly in AI, low quality, stock images and videos, and stuff like that. And, like, stuff like this, people are not going to react well, because they just don't,

10:12most of the time, don't use videos with audio as first, as second. You're really just trying to make everything look like an Instagram reel, when sometimes you shouldn't. And, like, if you're going to go for the short-term format, you really need to have a call, like,

10:28point to what you're offering. You're just saying, bear you nurses stand out, whatever that means.

10:34It's insane that, uh, you would think that this would help you in advertising.

10:38So, in general, those are just some of the initial things that I noticed.

10:42I'm going to be a physician. I'm going to be a dentist.

10:45So, whoever's running your ads right now doesn't know the fundamentals of running an ad. The user side doesn't see the basics.

10:53Now, I want to give you, I'm going to record a second video where I'm going to explain what I would do to fix all of this because I think this is not a one video situation.
