00:00Hey, Joe. Nice to meet you. My name is Ivan I'm from Digital Rocket and real glad that you responded to the email because I love dogs.

00:06My dad is a veterinarian. My mom is a biology teacher, so I grew up, I grew up with dogs. All of my life.

00:12I had the most of my dogs were like hunting dogs that were afraid of gunshots. So like we adopted them because the hunters didn't want to get to keep them around. Anyways. Um, I'm going to cut to the chase.

00:23I want to go through quickly through a website and then I'm going to quickly go through, um, your advertisement.

00:29Your website is really good. I love how it works. The only thing that they found currently, besides a couple of ideas that they have is the loading speed. The loading speed can be improved on now, this broke, but the loading speed usually loads between 20 and 30 and

00:42on the mobile phone. It's okay on that stuff. But usually most of your users are going to be from, uh, are going to be from mobile.

00:50So you need to understand a lot of people are going to be on their work or are going to be on a committee job, like in a bus in some of them are not going to have the strongest mobile phone or the strongest internet connection. And in that situation,

01:00you're going to have a problem, uh, because they're going to either stop loading the website and the bounce, or they're going to not undergrad, just going to have the website break for them. And as you can see 28, so improving that is going to be a crucial thing because it's going

01:13to just increase the performance of your website. Uh, overall the conversion rate, uh, on the other side, Facebook and Google, and any other source of traffic is also gonna measure what happens after the click or the post-click experience.

01:25So that's going to really impact the quality of another quality, the cost of your advertisement or CPMs.

01:31So think about that. I think that that's mainly due to, like, you can use the loading speed, the options like GTX metrics and the Googles.

01:40Uh, so you can see exactly what is slowing down your website.

01:42But in most cases, it's going to be this plugin here. So basically, uh, this doesn't help the conversion rate that much.

01:48It does help the user experience, but I don't know how frequently people use that or on to what percentage, but we never noticed a huge jump in conversions when you have that on the website. Um, now my suggestion would be to try and maybe remove that and see if

02:02you get the website loading speed to like 70, 80, 90, how people are going to react and what your conversion rate is going to be.

02:08Now, uh, besides that, I think that having an option for people when they're buying something to live a tip, I don't know if you have that already, but that could actually result in a lot of additional revenue for you.

02:19And really not a lot of work. On the other side, I do suggest that you have something like a scale of dog like here, and then people can put how heavy is their dog.

02:29And when you have that, it can actually make people feel like they have, like, it's going to be a filter on how, what the products are suggested for what size of dog. I don't know if it's all like universal, but if you can maybe customize that a bit,

02:40people are going to feel like they're having the unique experience. They really crave because most dog owners go through hell with big breeds.

02:48Again, I had a couple of like, I had German shepherd and everything.

02:52It's just a pain in the ass when they get told and it's insanely painful, watching them getting old. So my personal experience here Kind of helps me understand the situation. I'm also going to show you another business that we work with and how we help them actually stand out a

03:05lot more with their ads. But yeah, leaving a tip can be really cool and having that scale can make, make people feel like they have a better customized experience. Now, when it comes to, uh, an additional thing you can do having a charity

03:17like giving like a percentage to the charity, or just having an option of people, donating the tip to the charity is going to increase your conversion rates. Quite a lot.

03:26Everybody loves a good karma points. And I strongly suggest you do that.

03:28Especially now that the recession is hitting, it is going to become really harder for those charities to collect money.

03:35So it's a good thing for you to do, but on top of it, a lot of people are going to back you up because of that.

03:40Now let's switch to ads before we go deeper, I'm going to quickly show you. So this is your top pat, like your top two products, you have the workload to be the candidate, but none of your ads actually have, or at least they didn't see them

03:51the quick, a quick review of them. Um, so like, let's just check out, uh, this, like you have this concern and you have the reviews, which is good. I suggest this conserving use as least amount as possible.

04:03Now I know you have the popup on your website that gives their exact thing does come to the 17%. But I do suggest that you, um, uh, only use the discounts when you have to, especially because on your website, it's not like an open discount.

04:15So some people at CVS might not be able to use it later, or you have disappears when the newsfeed updates and then people get p****d off.

04:22So never for prospecting only for remarketing deeper in the funnel. Maybe like somebody tagged to the card with them by the last, after two weeks or something like that. But, but yeah, I wouldn't focus that much on that.

04:34Now, a user generated content, if this looks like good user generated content, but I suggest setting up a campaign where you get all of your users, like an email blast and ask them to get like the best coolest videos.

04:46Because one thing that they looked at is your Amazon reviews and those Amazon reviews are gold mine. Like you have one guy here talking about how he has a huge kind of Corso and he, she just basically flops on the bat. So you can imagine if you get

05:00somebody to report their dog flopping on their bed, and it's a huge, massive dog jumping on the bed, this is going to be something that most dog owners are going to relate.

05:08So your users are going to be your best source of advertisement, and you should use that and you should leverage that. Then they'll top of it. While you're doing this, you're building a community.

05:17So you're just winning everywhere. Like you can give away something for free and you on, on the other side, you get a lot of content you can use for ads. So my suggestion would be try using the Amazon reviews a lot more traditionally using a lot more,

05:31um, the, like the, the, the information from the reviews, but as well, the word or the B that because every single big breed dog owner cat, like dog scout go through joint pain, started limping and just started disintegrating in front of them.

05:45Unfortunately, I don't know if it's every single one, but it was painful, at least for me anyways. Um, I'm I just want it to go quickly through your thumbnails.

05:53Like these are not eye-catching, these are not like Nothing really specially people are really going to stop.

06:00So, and that's maybe one of the reasons why your click to rate is low or at least the think is low. Uh, most times when you're advertising dog products, you're going to have higher than average flickery so like maybe one to 2%, but for when you have like children products or anything else,

06:14the click rate is going to be hard because it's cute. And then you have a lot of people engaging in liking that because they see a picture of the organization. Like I quite kind of do that a lot as well. So think about that.

06:24Uh, another thing that I see here is that you just don't have a lot of dynamic protests. This might be one, these couple of probably here, but I suggest that you just go to town with that dynamic protests, especially for cross sell and upsells are going to be your biggest moneymakers.

06:37So focused on getting that to work for you to a higher degree.

06:41So try and maybe not using them even for a discount, but using them prospecting again, we use that for multiple different clients and it just is insane. What it can do. Now, another suggestion that I have now, I don't know if this is hard for you to do, but,

06:56uh, we call this a Trojan horse side. And this is basically like, if your dog has joint pain or back pain or something like that, how you can do a dog massage. And then at the end of the video, you can add like, if your dog loves it,

07:07the dog massage, here's how you can even go a step further by buying and repeat the bed for the dog. Now, basically the whole point is that you don't show it as an ad.

07:17It all looks like content. And then you at the end, boom, you add an app.

07:21Now that is one of the best, a pop top layer as that you can do. It's a basic ad. It doesn't need to be that hard to set up. You can basically find a couple of different videos online, kind of steal that content and then repurpose it for yourself.

07:34Um, I know it sounds kind of cheesy, but in most of the time it works because people love the value. You'd give them before you actually advertise to them. Now, another suggestion would be to have kids on the image with this as well. So you can imagine like a big dog laying on the

07:47bed and you'd have a kindling next to it. People go crazy for that.

07:50So the level of cuteness goes sky high and your engagement goes up.

07:53Then as more engagement you get likes, shares comments, the lower, the cost of our advertisement is going to be.

08:00So my suggestion is try doing that as well. Another thing that I do suggest for you is just focusing on, sorry. So I started again with, uh, orthopedics and the, the information from Amazon.

08:13So yeah, I think that for now, I kind of went way above the five minutes. I hope that's not an issue, but my suggestion would be to just try out a lot more, when it comes to ads, I'm going to show you quickly this.

08:25Now this is a brand we worked with. We help them scale their Google as well. Uh, so you can see how this looks.

08:31So like, if you have a senior dog, you can have the exact same elements there and say, if you have a big dog read, this is what you need to know. Or if you don't, if you don't know this you're a bad dog owner or something like that,

08:42uh, having people react like this also shocking. This doesn't look like an ad, the whole point of this contest to be cloaked. So it doesn't look like an ad.

08:51That's going to just make your revenue go up insanely fast, because people Are not going to be afraid of clicking on it because everybody hates an ad. Even doubt that these are just have ad block on them, as you can see. So those are just some quick suggestions you can check

09:05out, like you can go to the ads library, you can look at your competitors. You can also look at whoops. Um, I would love to get the chance to work with you guys and make ads like this for you. Um, now of course,

09:16if you want to do it on your own, you can, and you should try it, but there's a lot more you can be doing with your Facebook now from looking at your traffic.

09:23I know that a lot of your odds, a lot of your traffic comes from my dressy or some kind of direct traffic.

09:28So basically you're kind of just hitting the tip of the iceberg here when it comes to your Facebook ads.

09:34So anything that I just told you to do can result in massive additional revenue increases. So please, uh, everything that they told you, just try and using it.

09:44I really want you to log a dog rent and like dirty dog beds to become a normal and a standard and to succeed because I think every dog needs to have a good night's sleep as we humans.

09:54Anyways, Joe, thank you so much for listening to me. I kind of babbled a bit, but hopefully you don't mind.

09:59Uh, I'm going to add my calendar link to the emails. If you want to jump on a call and just brainstorm, have a cup of coffee and get to know each other, uh, let me know, talk soon. Bye.
