00:00Hey guys, DJ tells me that you're interested in getting better results with your paid advertisement. Now, I checked out your traffic and right away I see that you get a lot from Facebook but I don't see anything running on Facebook ads here, so I'm not 100% sure if you turn them off recently or it's just
00:18not picking up. Um, so I'm gonna critique the website just at first because I don't know exactly where you're running your Facebook ads, uh, traffic for. And I kind of have through some experience just a couple of things that I would like you guys to think about now
00:35the first thing is When you have an amazing looking bike the thing that I would not like to do is just add text over it so having a shot It's a bit further showing the bike maybe a bit first so they can then zoom or something like that But then this is the place
00:49where they can have their first impression of this motorcycle of your business as well So having a good message that actually means something that helps is going to be a big difference and I checked out some of the product pages as well as you have lots of benefits for from financing
01:06to warranties to stuff like that. So having things like that on the front page that make people like sure about making a decision or getting more invested into this is going to be the right thing to go for. One of the things that I kind of am not a fan of
01:21is what they call fluff words. And in this case, calling, like, okay, Rugged Universital is okay, but one of the kind and it's a factory product, like, it doesn't make sense. My perspective is, because I looked at people on Reddit, I looked at online what people say why they like the product.
01:39So I don't care what you as a business owner think about your product, I care about the people that actually spend money to buy yourself.
01:45And they like to ride it. It's an old school motorcycle experience.
01:51So having something like this is going to help build the rapport with the people that are going to have the higher likelihood because I think that guys like these are going to be the avatar that you're going to go for these are the guys that probably drove
02:08a motorbike when they were young and they would like to have something a little bit older something that has a bit of I don't know twist.
02:15I drove some motorcycle in my life, but not something like this, so I don't know, but having that plus having a person maybe on the picture here that is a spitting image of your avatar is going to be the way to go for because in general,
02:30I think that all over wherever else I went, I found a lot of people that looked similar in general.
02:38When we disregard these people at Helmet's on, it's usually a guy that looks a little bit rugged, he's a little bit stronger, he likes the old school style.
02:48So having somebody, I don't know if this, I saw these pictures before I didn't know if they refreshed.
02:55Anyways, the main point for me is that I think that adding your outer, for example him, having more people like him on the pages, on the web page, having them convey a message just by standing next to the product is also going to help a lot of making the people
03:12build an emotional connection with your product. I honestly think that you need to go online and just research what people say more. You can even use chat GPT to sum this down and just have a better understanding what your customer talks about you and what they understand
03:28and why they buy it because I don't think this is properly talked about on the website and any events, but okay.
03:34Let's move forward. The main point is that these pictures here. I would like to have the pictures that show the specifics of the motorbike as well here. So when they're looking at the product here, they can also have these elements of the products here,
03:53just let me find them. So there was a specification, okay, yeah, specifications.
04:00So I would rather than use a drawn emoji, like we're selling a $13,000 bike and we're using here drawn emojis.
04:08We really need to make it feel more expensive, let's say it, like that. So by using real pictures to show these specifics, like the chassis and stuff like that, it's going to help the person understand not you to publish them.
04:24So the main thing you need to understand is the person wants to see that premium element as well. They want to see what they're paying for and I kind of think that when just adding pictures here It kind of makes it hard to understand especially if you're not the guy that's That much into
04:37motorcycles, but they would like to be a bit, you know, rugged Let's say it would be also funny to think about having a guy that just looks like vanilla and scrap your scrawny Let's say and then you put your Bike helmet and jacket and you on
04:54a bike and it's like the Janus transformation or something like that because maybe some guys are going through a breakup or divorce or something like that, and this is their midlife crisis. I don't know, but if we can figure this out, if this is something that's the case,
05:09we can also play a lot on it and then use it in the advertisement later, because it is what it is.
05:14If it's those people that are buying it, that's what we need to go for. So I kind of see that that's the main thing that's lacking, and I would suggest that you go for or maybe a post-purchase feedback survey where you ask them a lot of questions, I would even call them multiple
05:29times and just ask if they're happy, would they recommend it to somebody?
05:33And stuff like that, because through that feedback loop, you're gonna get the clear understanding why the person buys your product.
05:39Because right now it's just like, you can start your build, everything's talked about the price, there's no, like yeah, you have a classic advantage, but it's all basic, it just doesn't have that fazaz additional element And the person is going to build a report with. Besides that,
05:56again, you have an amazing looking bikes. So it's going to track the tension. Now, conveying value is going to be the thing that we need to work on, in my I hope this is going to help you guys. And please let me know if you implemented these
06:07changes.
