00:00Nice to meet you. My name is Ivan and TG tells me that you're interested in better performance in general of your e-commerce website.

00:06So I'm gonna run down quickly, your traffic, how your website works and some of the issues I see and as well as some of the marketing efforts that they see or running, I'm just gonna talk about some of the things how I would do differently.

00:18Now right away, I wanted to tell you that I checked out the traffic on your website and the main issue that they see right now happening is that your source of traffic is bringing you unqualified law quality traffic that keeps bouncing or there's at least one big percentage of

00:34this traffic that is super unqualified that bounces super fast and then the rest of them are super qualified. So this is going to have a bring a lot of issues because up to 180 days you will end up targeting these people in remarking and other stuff.

00:49This is just going to mislead your pixel, it's going to mislead your marking efforts and in general you need to make sure that the people you're paying to bring in are going to be real people interested in not people just click and leave after 10 seconds.

01:02So that's the thing I picked up from similar web. Now, when I look at your website, not sure how many people would come right to me on the homepage, but just showing random pictures of people just kind of this first choice and whatever, that's standard lingo,

01:16I understand, but it lacks the exact understanding of what you're going to offer them that's going to make you stand out. I understand you're fighting also in price, but I think the developing a clear message, something that is going to be better for people to understand is going to

01:31be one thing. Second of all, making sure that this is easy to read that is just not behind different pictures.

01:40They have a lot of white in them. I'll show you later examples what they mean where you just cannot read what's on the picture and making sure that everything is well optimized. Just in general, I think that having things like workplace insurance coverage should be as

01:55an icon on maybe product pages as well. Because a lot of people that don't land and don't see this might not know if this is gonna be covered. So things like that, I would add to the product on the product pages, not as a picture here with the guy changing the fire.

02:10It just doesn't make as much sense. And again, fighting lowest prices.

02:14Again, I understand mountain climbers don't have as much money, but I think that it's just not something that is gonna make people stick and remember. Now, another thing that I wanted to point out, I love the fact that you have this as seen on Fox and et

02:28cetera, so you might think about adding that to either like pictures here or somewhere to this here, because this is above the fold what we call and it is a best practice to put all of the things that signify how good you are or how long you have been in business on the top

02:43so people don't have to search for it. This is really good that you add it here. I would look also at developing a couple of different offers that you might want to test here another thing that I picked up on is The pop-up that just I was I had it

03:00just now I'll send the screenshot but basically When you enter your email, it just shows a discount code that you can automatically copy and paste this You without is that you don't verify that email.

03:11I can lie I can do whatever I can type in somebody else's email and still get a discount code So that doesn't bring you value as a business that much I understand that some people might have bought but it's much easier for you to send an email to them They verify the email and

03:24then what you can also set up is a link that has a pre-applied coupons So they don't have to copy and paste anything.

03:30It's automatically applied Especially when people for example, they refresh now. I don't see the pop-up. What now?

03:36Where's the discount? So in that situation that this question would be solved right away I also checked out most of your traffic is coming from mobile phones, your mobile loading speed could be a little bit faster, but it's not terrible, the rest of it's decent.

03:51So let me just switch to this. I wanted to just point out a couple of small things.

03:58So here on this page, ideally you should try putting these icons that they talked about. So something that is going to make them either feel safe or understand the value points so covered by insurance or something like that or guaranteed money back is also a good thing to have on icons.

04:16What I saw you guys that is put it in a text.

04:20Now the return policy, you okay, you have a really good return policy, but does it have to be on every single page? Maybe, maybe not. You have a call to like the golden return policy or something like that and then have it as an icon close. That's a much better

04:33approach because it's visual. People remember pictures and you're that way saving so much text from every single page.

04:42If you look at it from a regular point or regular page like this, there are a couple of additional problems. For example, this needs to be somewhere. My personal opinion is I would kind of encourage to hear, not to hear, just because this is the payment stuff. And this is the moment what you

05:00call the stress side. Like this is the moment you're supposed to take out your credit card. another issue that they saw here that is a big problem for me is just this like if you look at this you cannot see anything here the size is it becomes blurry when you zoom in so yeah

05:16in general the product pages need to be improved this needs to stand next to the product not hidden away like it's a point of shame or something like that like this is one of the reasons why people buy from you so that needs to be all the way above now I have a couple

05:30other things the pop-up I mentioned on the website also doesn't fire the pixel event, I kind of have some issues that I'm not 100% sure that I can prove like this on the pixel, I would double check if the pixel is working well, and I wanted to point out for the last couple of

05:47things, like you're writing a lot of stuff on the website, but the most important things you have and done, and that's this, you have good reviews, really good, 4.4 is not bad at all, so this is a point of promise, like you need to show this to your potential customers.

06:02That's the thing that I would look at adding to the top of the website, like 4.4 is not bad.

06:09You have it here. Adding all of the other guarantees and stuff like that is not a bad thing. Fighting on prices is not ideal for, especially for media buying, because in media buying, you're going to always end up paying more and more as time goes.

06:23So you have to figure out an angle. And the last thing that I wanted to touch on before I finished this video just overall the ads.

06:30I see what you're doing here. Okay, you're giving away discounts. That's fine.

06:35My suggestion is don't do it. Just simply don't because you get another offer than later on the website. Again, that's again 10% off.

06:42So it looks needy. And this, I'm not sure if you set it up properly as something.

06:48Okay, I saw this as fb.com. So I thought the link was broken. Main point was that I just think that this doesn't need to give this concern. You should set it up as dynamic product ads, I'm not sure if you have done this as a dynamic

07:01product ad or just as a regular ad, but there's a lot of different things that could be improved, especially when it comes to automations for remarketing.

07:11Now business like yours, I would look at developing a Google strategy to find people Googling these specific orthosis.

07:21Funnily enough, I was in one of these for a year and a half from 2023 to 2024 and this year as well.

07:29So, I have some experience myself with these things and I think that you can get Google placements and through Google placements you will just get high quality traffic and then you use meta for remarketing when you develop better the emails and stuff like that. Things are gonna start falling

07:46into place but what I would do is implement all the things I mentioned on website and also I would look at everything from the customer's perspective does it all make sense because right now it looks like it's just a mess of a lot of good ideas I hope this helps
