00:00Hey John, hope you're doing well. Sorry it took me a week.
00:03I just wanted to record this video and I was in a bit of a chaos mode because it's Q4.
00:08Anyways, I wanted to give you an example of what we could do for a business like this. So I'm writing you right now an email where we are going to be where I'm listing out everything but I just wanted to give you as an example of what exactly we can do.
00:21So, the first thing that I see is a fair bit of issues with the website. Kind of some things that I'm not sure about.
00:27So, before I dive in deep, this is one of the main problems.
00:3115 loading speed. It's affecting your Google, it's affecting your Facebook, it's affecting the SEO. The whole post click experience is jeopardized by the loading speed. So, something like this needs to get cleared as fast as we can. And already, that is going to be an improvement. Now,
00:48besides that, looking at the design and everything, this is irrelevant, nobody cares about this. We need to show them something that's going to be really sticky, like something that's going to be engaging for them, you know? So besides using these all-natural, 100% adjustable and everything else, you did notice that you also have ethically sourced.
01:09So yeah, there are resources that we have, we have all the features, we just need to lay them out properly.
01:15So I'd look at having a couple of pictures of dogs that look really good and then having icons showing all the proper values.
01:21Of the product and not just having it as text somewhere on the bottom of the page or as subtext, because in my opinion it's more important for them to know that it's all measured 100% adjustable compared to happy dog happy life because I think everybody already
01:35knows that. Okay, let's move on. One thing that I wanted to mention, yeah, the pop-up, it's not being trialed by Facebook, so if when you land on the website you have the pop-up, I already gave my phone number, but then there's no lead event firing,
01:51so a lot of those people are going to buy through text messages or to your email, and you're never going to know that because you never fired the event. I'm not sure if you might be tracking through Google Analytics, but I think the lead event there also needs to fire,
02:03so you can actually then have a buyer journey. So they came from Facebook, then they signed up to the text messages, then they bought the text messages, something like that. Now, so for example, we have a lot of systems we built.
02:14We build websites 3 or 4 a week. So, coming in to go through a website like this, redesigning it, getting it spruced up, making it load faster, adding a lot of the plugins that you're going to need. We're going to discuss them later. That's just one of the examples that
02:30we can clear for you just in-house from one source. Okay, so I'm going to move to this. I like this page and the product. I think that the product images are not good enough.
02:42It's just basic images. I think we should start with a picture like this and then transition to a couple of pictures of different dogs using the product and something like that. I would look at making multiple options.
02:53I like the fact that you have the subscribers saved. I do think that you really need a variety pack or you have a variety pack, okay? I think that the variety packs are going to be things that usually sells really the best, especially for people that are buying for the first time
03:07because that's the thing that they have the highest experience. They get the most value auto because they look at their dog, react to every single treat every time.
03:15So using the variety packs and leveraging them is going to be really important.
03:19I would suggest that. Making as many variations of the variety packs as possible, but again here I kind of see the pictures not being nearly as what they could be. People are visual beings you really need to understand that when they see this they really think they're going to just get that and that's
03:35it. Another cool thing would be to have a video here of a dog that gets a variety pack to try and they just lose it or something.
03:42Videos like that will be really good. Now, I wanted to show, just look at overall.
03:48I see that you're doing your thing already and that you're kicking ass with paid. I like that. There is a fair bit of SEO.
03:54Overall, I think that we could potentially spruce it up with a fair bit of email marketing that we can upgrade for the future. I would prefer that for every single channel that we look at helping you.
04:05We do an audit. We will do it for free. And we just give you a full document on all of the things in every single step that we think needs to be done. In order for this website to convert better, to have more revenue, to have higher revenue.
04:18We have a lot of strategies that we develop ourselves like this one.
04:23Depending on your average order value, if it's $100 for example, then I would keep the free shipping on $110. The main thing is always to anchor the free shipping towards the average order value.
04:33Because then you get a higher average order value. While if you just randomly dunk a number, you don't actually do anything. Sometimes and most times people just lose money.
04:45You see here regarding your ads, one of the problems I have is that it's just a picture. So I don't know if this is DPA, you hope it is. You see 100% meat, like, you have so many different values of the brand, features of the product, the quality of the substances.
05:02And it's not here. I like to, to set up a checklist of different things that you cover here, pictures of happy dogs, the variety pack, like the DPA's are just one of them.
05:12Then this picture here, it's okay, a video would be better. I'm not 100% sure how visible it is, what it is. So overall, I think that there's a lot to be done when it comes to Facebook and TikTok, because both of those, if we get good user generated content, really good videos,
05:32we can dominate. The best thing is that you already built out a high quality traffic source through Google and SEO, so we just need to start scaling that success to other people.
05:41You did 80% of the work for us, we just need 20% for the content and the videos and then everything else could be done from our side, no problem.
