00:01Hey, Phil. Hey Dominica. So I'm gonna quickly go through your website and your ads, but before that I'm gonna try giving you some context so you can follow my train of thought. Now I wanna give you an understanding of how we do things and how I think this project should be developed in order

00:16for it to be a success. But there are gonna be multiple layers that they need to explain. So bear with me, I'm gonna try keeping this video under five minutes. So I'm gonna be trying to be fast.

00:27So when you look at this website and ads and everything, you need to understand what role it needs to play in the funnel or in the buyer's decision making. When you talk about the website, there are things that per people just wanna see right away when they come

00:40on the website, or if they don't see it, they're just gonna jump off.

00:43Another thing that you need to understand is how people engage with the website and how people digest ads.

00:49So if you're targeting a demographic that's older, you need to think about what they can see and what they cannot see.

00:54In this case I would say that most people, especially like my mom, is in this age, they probably won't be able to see, like, I can't really read this. And then take, take on top that you probably are gonna have this on the phone.

01:07They're probably not gonna be wearing their glasses, so this is gonna basically be like a net. And you, you have a huge hole where people cannot read things properly.

01:17So think about this, go through every single part of your website.

01:20My suggestion is install heat maps. You can use Microsoft Clarity or Hoja just to get a recording of each session to see if anybody got stuck somewhere.

01:29You can usually see them hover or look at one part of the section for a longer time, and then that's how you deduct if you have an issue or not. Now, I'm gonna move forward.

01:38When it comes to the products it, it looks amazing. The package is clear, but you have a lot of benefits that you're either not clearly communicating or you're pu putting 'em in a place where a person isn't looking at when making the buying decision. So usually people are n gonna look at one section

01:55of the page and this is that section. So they're gonna look at the product, they're gonna change the pictures.

02:00Some people might go down and explore this a little bit more, but most people are gonna come back and look at this part.

02:07So if you have any benefits, for example, it's easy to maintain.

02:11You have a warranty or money back guarantee. All of the benefits need to be communicated here clearly.

02:16Usually you have two to four benefits that are gonna be the crucial benefits why somebody buys your product. And then everything else on top of it is a bonus. Those main core benefits should be communicated with icons and they should be on top of everything.

02:31So for example, if you have that it's 100% free of allergens you, you can have it something like here or here.

02:40And yes, we actually do put icons and guarantees on the product pictures because that's where people are gonna look at. And when you have an icon on a picture like that, it's gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

02:51So you're gonna be sure that you actually communicated the most important message to them, which is the main point of this. Now, besides that I really think that you, you need to set up more professional or more not professional, but like more expensive looking website because you can see that this here is

03:08all really like nice colors, nice lines, nice fonts, and then you have red and green here and then the, these balded fonts.

03:16So just a little bit of additional help when it comes to web website design is gonna make you sell way more.

03:23If you look at these things, they all look the same. There's not really a big difference between them. My suggestion is figure out a way how to make icons or how to make them stand out way more.

03:33So you know that when somebody looks at these things here, they're gonna be easy to read. Like this is a great example.

03:39You already know how many that you need to bold the specific letters you want them to read, but if you bold it like this, they're not gonna read anything. So those are just things that you need to think about while working on the website and developing it further.

03:51Now, one of the core issues that they see here with your tracking is the fact that your pixel doesn't work.

03:56How or why? I'm kind of shocked because you know, you're running ads, so I don't know how the ads are performing if your pixel isn't working well. But the main thing you need to understand is just the whole tracking process. You need to see how many people come to the

04:09website and how many add to the cart. So how many come to this initial checkup page, and then how many actually buy the product at the end.

04:14If you don't have the option of seeing that, it's gonna be an issue determining where you have an issue. So make sure that all of the tracking is done right. Make sure that every single thing is being documented so you can move forward. If you get the problem,

04:30you can just eliminate and continue down the road overall. The website can be a lot better.

04:36And one of the other issues that you have is the loading speed.

04:39You can imagine loading speed being one of the main barriers for the technical issues. If you have a bad phone or you have weak internet, you're potentially not gonna be able to load it or you're gonna be loading it for a long time so people are gonna bounce.

04:52So think about that. I would work on just eliminating anything and you can find it here. You just send this to developer and it's gonna be quite simple for them in less than a day to clear all of the issues.

05:03Now, when I look at the ads, I always look at what is the potential of these, this ad to capture my attention and move it.

05:10So you are, you wanna attract menopausal women. There's nothing on these images.

05:16Don't read the text. Nothing on these images that says menopausal women are welcome, or we want you to look at this.

05:23So either write big letters, menopause, or something like that, that's gonna attract the people.

05:28That's what we call the calling out strategy. So make sure that you do something like that to attract attention.

05:34The next steps are gonna be developing a video. Your product is not a simple basic product, it's a new thing on the market or a unique thing on the market.

05:43So having a video explain how the product works, what are the functions, maybe having a couple of testimonials there is gonna do a world of wonders. It's gonna attract a lot more people.

05:52Plus, on top of it, while you're developing the video, you can play around with 5, 10, 15 Different thumbnails until you get the right one.

05:59Now, in Digital Rocket, we take care of all of these things for you at affordable cost. So let me know if you're interested in talking to us to see how to solve all the issues because I think you have a good product. There's a huge amount of people both on Facebook and on Google

06:14and on Instagram that are this age range. And I'm quite sure that if we do a really strong campaign and com, communicate all the benefits of your products in the proper way, you're gonna start getting a lot more traffic and a lot more sales.

06:25So let me know if you're interested the call, and thanks so much for watching the video talk soon.
