00:00Hey, my name is Ivan and I'm just gonna quickly record the video for you to that's gonna help you increase your website performance and your advertisement performance.
00:08Now, I'm gonna start off with the website. The website looks okay.
00:11It can be a little bit more modern design, but the downside to the website is that every word things are popping up to you with the discount, which is a really bad first feeling.
00:21You don't really want to de position yourself as a discount and cheap brand.
00:25So like, I open this website multiple times. The first thing that pops up is the discount that gives you the tracking the, the popup. So that's completely fine, but that, that then you have this on top that that gives 20% site.
00:37Why didn't you have a couple of others that pop up somewhere?
00:40It's really confusing. It's really like, you don't really wanna do that because discounts are on only useful when somebody actually has a value associated to your product.
00:49So if you, if you don't know what the product is worth get, getting a discount on it is not gonna help you.
00:55And you probably were in a situation like that in your real life, like in day-to-day, not online. So anything that any logic that works offline is gonna work online most of the time, and this is one of them. So my suggestion is remove all of the
01:09discounts after this one that you have for New Year's, and then give all of discounts in remarketing through email, SMS, and and remarketing through Facebook, adsd, Google Ads and anything else that you're gonna use. So that's, that's already gonna position your brand better in the eyes of the people.
01:23Another thing you need to take into account is that anyone that buys a product on 20% off site wide, potentially, or probably is not gonna buy your product full price.
01:33So you're basically shooting yourself in the foot. You don't wanna position yourself as a disco brand.
01:37Now I'm just gonna quickly switch to the, the website speed. You really need to improve the website speed.
01:43A developer can do that in a day. You can use any, a tool like this to see the exact issues that you might have when it comes to the advertisement. You really need to invest a lot more into the images and into the videos and everything.
01:55As you can see here, this doesn't look amazing. This is not, this is, this doesn't explain anything why your product is better.
02:02Again, you just have discounts everywhere. My suggestion would be talk about how the, the soaps are made.
02:08What is the cultural logic? Like, how did you make it, how many generations of people are making soap like this?
02:14Why soap like this better? Does it have chemicals or doesn't? Does like, is it friendly for people that are prone to allergies or not?
02:20You have a lot of different angles that you can use to test out, but you really need to invest into explaining this.
02:26Again, you're giving a discount here if people don't know who you are, they don't care about the discount. So let's think about the way, how to explain the product to people in a way.
02:36Like, what is your gonna be your hook? That's the first thing we need to think of. And usually the hook can be derive from the problem your product solves. So if you want, let's book a call and tell me exactly what your pro your product can solve as a problem so we can work
02:49on developing a couple of hooks that are gonna work well for your business and brand. Thanks so much for watching the video and talk to you soon.
02:55Bye.
