00:00Hey, Georgie, just wanted to give you a couple of ideas. I know you hadn't, didn't have enough time to join our last call, but I'm still lucky at your business.
00:10I still see a huge amount of potential, and in my opinion, doesn't matter who does the work. I like, you can do everything that we talk about here with your Bulgarian team.
00:18It's just that I see potential and I hate when potential is not used into it's full. So the first thing that I still have an issue with is that you're still doing 50% off this and that, and you're just giving away discounts. So already what I see is that you're
00:33giving away a lot more value than you, what you're getting. So you already are doing it measure to size.
00:39You already giving it for not that high price. Like even in the Balkans, this is something that could be a decent price, like depending on the, depending on where you buy it, but you understand the situation.
00:50So the moment somebody lands on this website, they're first gonna be looking at the discount here, like 50% off. And if you get stuck in this discount mode, what's gonna happen is that the brand is gonna come in, clone everything that you have, and just destroy on pricing,
01:07and they're gonna make a cheap knockoff version in China or something like that.
01:12So that's why I, you need to start thinking about eliminating that.
01:16I will start off with just setting up some kind of like, maybe like a premium line that looks amazing that and then those don't have any discounts.
01:26Even making a limited time skirt or whatever you wanna make is gonna help you sell a lot more.
01:33With the limited time offers, what you can do is have like a drop.
01:37So basically they sign up and then you have like a hundred dresses being sold, and that's it.
01:42After they sell, sell it. So it's gonna give you an, an edge compared to the competition just because you have something that's limited in it's premium. Another thing that I think you should look at is pr. I have a business friend that's that has a PR agency that
01:57can get you featured everywhere, like better to have Vogan Women's Health or something like that here than 50% off.
02:04So it's already gonna start giving a lot more value when you come in.
02:08So those are just some of the things that I would look at.
02:12Another thing that I wanna point out is that these pages here could be done a lot better. My suggestion is folks on the quality of the products, if you have a money back, like all of this is something you can use a little bit better when it comes to the,
02:27the, this, this, this looks to, to me, okay? But again, I would like to have here like is it like, what can you say, organic cotton or like handmade, like you already say here it's CustomMade for the char, but like, maybe we can make a couple of icons that are gonna be
02:44burnt into people's heads. If you remember nano c**** where I showed you we have vegan we have veggie capsules and bottled in the United States and a couple of other things. Those are just some of the things that I would look at. But another thing that
02:58I really feel missing here are testimonials. I know you have them. I know you've been like reviewed by a lot of people that bought your products. You can potentially set up a, a review option where they can see everything here under and just understand how,
03:14how people experience your product when they bought it. Another option is I would use that for the advertisement. So just in remarketing, you set up the reviews to go and that's it.
03:24Like when you look at your ads, you are still doing here 50%. The issue with the 50% is that like people don't know what this is valued. So they don't know if 50% is still too much to pay for your product or not. Is this a good
03:37deal or not? If they don't know how, how, if they don't know what your business is, like if you're using this as prospecting, it's gonna be bad.
03:46Another issue that I kind of still see here is you're running Valentine's Day.
03:50Valentine's Day was supposed to end earlier. So like just scheduling the campaign should have saved you from this because I think you're wasting money on top of it. When you're running a, a Valentine's Day campaign, nine day, like five days or a week before Valentine's,
04:04you're not gonna achieve anything. The main reason why is that the optimization cycle and even Facebook tells you everywhere that is, the learning phase takes at least two weeks.
04:13So if you wanted to do a proper Valentine's Day, you should have done from the February 1st at the minimum.
04:20So those are just some suggestions when you implement them, let me know and I'll record you another video.
