00:00HND me hope you're doing well. Sorry if it took me two weeks to get this video done for you I'm sorry because it's a lot of things going on around me and I just got a bit blindsided But anyways, I found a couple of tips that I think is gonna help you earn

00:15a lot more scale a lot more and just overall it's gonna make your life easier so not to beat around the bush as the Aussies would say.

00:23I'm gonna start off with this these are your numbers that they could see through similar web this looks good so the main thing is I'm kind of confused how you have 1.1 only page openings.

00:33You usually have a lot more, but considering that you do have a bit longer pages than an average, maybe people spend more time either browsing the flavors or something like that. It could be also people that are just regularly buying so they stay on a page or something like But I would investigate why

00:46you only have 1.1 or openings just in case that you don't have port traffic the staying on 10 minutes Because that would be devastating for your algorithm anyways Regard regardless of that I checked out your website loading speed. It's quite good. I think that's what you had is a concern

01:01during the calls we had is, like, this is good enough. You shouldn't care more about it.

01:07Like, you're doing well here. Now, I checked out your homepage. The main thing with the homepage is you need to capture them.

01:13If people are finding you through TikTok influencers, Instagram influencers, or Google, they're going to land on this page.

01:20So you need to write the way, tell them what is this.

01:24My suggestion would be to change this photo, even though it's a great photo, you want to have a transmission of emotion in that way.

01:30Moment, and two people looking at each other doesn't actually convey that well on a website. On top of it, there's no ice cream on the picture, and that's like the first impression your website makes. Yes, they're making the ice cream, but the whole point of the ice cream is

01:45to eat it. A picture of a person like just eating the ice cream and like you can say something like make your ice cream just right or something like that. Basically, you need to have something simple, something that's going to stick with them. So, you know,

01:59like if they're a picky eater, if they want just like or as you said here like you want to ice cream fanatics that's completely fine but then you actually need to brand more aggressively towards that you actually need to have a bit more polarization so I would kind of change a

02:17bit this to be like ice cream right away way and not beat around the bush. After which, this text here, I'm not a fan of a lot of texts.

02:26Most people, especially younger people, just go through everything. Older people might read it, but my suggestion is just change the picture here. What I would put is just all of the variations or how many variations you can make of ice cream through your like you can even make

02:41a chart like if you have 30 times 30 variations that could be like a 900 different options for ice cream that you can make yourself so those are just some of the first steps for example this should be way on top. You don't need to scroll to a third of the page to

02:55get to the ice cream. Another suggestion here. This is a good video. I would just kind of splice it in one and make it wider. Why? Because people are usually like, why should they bother to make ice cream? I even saw one of your

03:08TikTokers say like have you ever had the urge to make your own ice cream? No. Well, I have like What like you shouldn't act like that's not the right approach You're gonna like you always wanted to make your own ice cream the store bought ice cream you hate because it's shit

03:22And like the only good ice cream you ate is in Italy or something like that. Okay, that's the approach you want because then the ice cream connoisseur is going to come to you and going to be a regular customer.

03:31Now, on the other side, if you want to come to the objection like, I'm bothered by making ice cream, make a video that's in one place.

03:37So like a person start to finish making the ice cream. Can do a speed up video so like this video and this video so one and two can be like this together and you just add another video of them pouring the ice cream into something adding it to the freezer skipping

03:51the frame towards like six hours later when it's frozen and then you eat it and then those are just some of the things you can do, but that video can be like 30 seconds high per speed.

04:00And it just says like, in a couple of like, it takes you 15 minutes to work to make your own ice cream if you really wanted it to. So something like that.

04:07The easiest way to make your home ice cream, something like that.

04:10Because I know how to make regular ice cream, like with eggs and meal.

04:14Milk and everything else. It's a shit show, like I destroy my kitchen every time, that's why I don't do it.

04:18So something like what you're selling is a solution for that. Now, as seen on TikTok and everything else, needs to go up with the picture of the person eating it.

04:26So you can imagine person eating at the amazing moment, the ice cream looks fantastic. Says under featured on that.

04:32Another thing that they looked at is this. I really think that you can use this for advertising. So you have a lot of people here that recorded videos for you. You should be running TikTok ads, you should be running Facebook ads, and Instagram ads through using this content.

04:46Another thing that I suggest, and I think we talked about this on the Meetup, is you need to ask these people to run the ads through their account, because it's not then hijinks saying how hijinks is amazing, because any time, like if I come to you and say Ivan is amazing,

04:58you're going to think Ivan is an idiot, or you're not going to trust me, because everything's going to say about themselves. That they're amazing.

05:04So using them is a powerful tool to show people that you're the right choice. But okay, I'm really interested to seeing what is your average lower value, what is your attention, those are the stats that I'm interested in and I cannot see. That. So I would love to talk a lot more about that.

05:22The reason why is because I think that what you're doing here can go one of two ways. I would either do a subscription option or like a surprise box option. So check out Tokyo Treat.

05:32I ordered stuff from them before. Something like that. Like make your own ice cream. Screen once a month, you get the box that's going to look amazing. You're going to have special sprinkles, this and that. I don't know, something like that I think is going to get the people moving. And then

05:45the best thing is like if you make a subscription that's like 30, 40, 50 bucks, they're going to forget about it and you're going to be making a lot more money. It's your cash. Is going to be a much more stapler. On top of it, your evaluation of the company is going to

05:55be much higher. So those are just like I'm rambling about this page here, but like I'm really concerned that you're losing people here.

06:04So So another thing that I wanted to talk to you about is your product page. Now, if you're not using any chemicals, if it's 100% natural, organic, something like that, you need to write it here. If you can make the whole ice cream

06:14process in less like, okay, the video I was talking about, this video needs to be up front, but just add a little bit more context. I think that you need to talk about how much time it actually is going to take people to make the ice cream because I think that

06:26could be a selling point. For example, it takes you 15 minutes of work to do it, something like that.

06:32So all of these things need to be icons. People do not read and people do not remember a long text because, you just forget so we're visual beings we want pictures so having an icon of organic naturally grown 100% I don't know organic that's all okay those the elements need to go there

06:48you know what those elements are if you're not sure what are your elements like you need to go and do a survey just send to anyone that bought your ice cream two weeks later you send them a survey like Why did you buy the ice cream? Do you buy any other

07:02ice cream? How often you make your own ice cream? Why didn't you buy earlier? Those are some of the questions like if they tell you why didn't you buy earlier? They respond to something like, I thought the ice cream had an XYZ issue. That's the thing you need to put on top here,

07:15because this is the moment. They're looking at the price point. This is the moment buyers remorse kicks in, and all of the excitement of the product goes down.

07:26Page needs a lot more love, and I would focus on that.

07:29I love the idea here, like you can impress people, do whatever. I would make the pictures bigger. Again, think about what you can also add, like, to make people excited more.

07:40I would kind of try adding the influencers in the people above a bit earlier. And then with these flavor boxes, maybe you can add an option for them to buy a cookbook for your ice cream for like $5 as a digital version.

07:53I'm actually currently working with a couple of companies that sell food and they all have options of buying digital products on top of the regular products.

08:02Another thing that I suggest is you see how many add-ons you have here, like sprinkles, cinnamon, I don't know.

08:08There's a lot of different options you can add. I suggest adding that as an option, so like special kit and something like that.

08:14I haven't checked. That specific product like the starter kit but if you have that but if you don't I would just use that as an upsell like you can have like three dollars for a box sprinklers five dollars for like ice cream cones I don't know but that can be the revenue you need

08:28you know and I noticed that you have forty nine dollars over over $49 shipping, those additional add-ons would allow you to sell the $49 option for non-free shipping, and then they add like a $5 product, and then you make your shipping on that. And that's going to make your

08:43life a lot easier. So again, these people are the ones that are going to actually sell your product. Use them more put them higher for example this video here I watch the whole video I think it's here yeah I watched it a couple of times this video can be cut up added like you

08:58have a lot of content that you're just not Making the maximum from it.

09:02So those are just some of the ideas I would love to just have a better understanding of your business. Like where are you where you are you stuck somewhere? Why are you not growing? Faster, for example, I just see that you have a lot of things doing well.

09:17So yeah, I think that if we jump on a call, I can maybe help you with that. Let me know and yeah, talk to you soon.
