00:00Hey guys. So my name is Ivan and I represented Digital Rocket.

00:04I'm going to record to for you a quick video, where I'm going to explain to you the things you can improve on your website and a couple of things that you need to know about your advertisement.

00:13This is not going to be long, but we are going to try packing it as much value as possible. So, first of all, I'm going to start off with your website, your hero image, or the start website needs to do a lot more than just show off

00:25the products. So it's hardly going to show a before and after the site is going to show a rating or something like that. You can see, like this half of the screen is black.

00:33That's valuable digital real estate that you cannot afford to throw away.

00:37So I suggest that you try developing the system where you can test multiple, uh, multiple different hero images.

00:44Uh, the, the ideal scenario for you would be to start with, uh, Google analytics and heat maps, and just see how people react when they land this image here is going to impact your bounce rates from your advertisements to your organic quite a lot. So think about that,

00:59uh, as much as you can and just try implementing it. Now, there are a couple of other things in your website, mainly the loading speeds. Now I did load this.

01:07It just died again. Uh, it basically says that your loading speed on your mobile phone, I think is about 18. Now, since you're running already Facebook advertisement, like most of the people that aren't going to come to your website are going to be mobile. So the loading speed is going to be important because

01:22Facebook's going to determine the quality of your product by the post-click experience.

01:29Basically meaning that if people click on the ad and then bounce right away off, it's going to, it's basically going to give Facebook an incentive to not send you any more traffic, because people didn't have a good experience.

01:40And that's going to basically showing your ads manager as increased cost per thousand impressions or CPMs, basically, meaning that you shot yourself in the foot and it, you won't be able to scale anything. Now, let me just show you this before we move on.

01:55Okay, 19, this time a desktop is a lot better, but that's mainly because of this more Stabler internet connection and a stronger processing power of the bigger machine. So just keep in mind that you need to make everything mobile friendly. Now in this situation,

02:09for example, this looks good. And I like this image, but like you can do a lot more and you can test a lot more.

02:15Just, just continue testing it. I would even put something like this on the, on the top of the website, not at the bottom.

02:22Um, okay. Let's move on to the product, uh, with a product like this, I do suggest that you have a subscription option because people are going to forget to buy it.

02:32Or you cannot even offer a discount for like three months or six months of scription, which is going to make your average order value, uh, lower, but it's going to exponentially increase your lifetime value.

02:44Now it all depends on where you are as a business. It really looks like because you don't have any traffic in that.

02:49You just started running ads. It really looks like that. You are just developing this business.

02:55Uh, I love the fact that you have this, these testimonials, but something even better, that is going to be video testimonials even better.

03:01You can have a personal talk about before and after, and exactly tell what happened.

03:06So you don't want to hire somebody to do that for you.

03:09If you have already happy customers, just offer them to give them something for free of the record, that for you and try not to giving them too much of a script. So it's going to be more natural.

03:18People are going to want genuine information about your products and what their affects are. So think about that as well.

03:25Another thing that I, I really can't like, if you want to have a good website, you really can have like half of this page blank. So my suggestion would be to reorganize this.

03:37And I would always focus on what's here because this is the place where the person is going to be watching the most. The here is the price here is the order buttons.

03:44Here's going to be the focus. So my suggestion would be to add, uh, trust science. So money-back guarantees the shipping guarantees anything you can. Is it vegan?

03:54Is it animal friendly? Is it cruelty-free? All of those things should be written here, especially because people in the United States and probably in Canada as well, but not as much are going to request those things before they buy a product. And all of the questions you don't

04:08answer, people are not going to take the time to actually go through your website to find that. So you need to put it in a prominent place so people can easily find it. Now, besides that, I do suggest that you set up bundles.

04:20Um, I didn't check if you have like a bundle system where you have like four or five products at the same time, that that can help you increase your average order value quite a lot now, because when we have five minutes for this, I'm going to just switch to

04:31the ads. Uh, but there's a lot more that we can talk about for the website.

04:35Uh, your ads really need to start focusing on a specific problem you can solve. And my suggestion is just please do not give away.

04:43This comes anywhere because then you won't be able to give a bigger discount down the road. And you're just going to eat up your profit margins again, shooting yourself in the foot. Uh, my suggestion would be that you try a product like this.

04:55Maybe add like a, uh, a video like this, but maybe add like a header and footer and talk about the problems.

05:01Do not talk about a discount on your first advertisement. So if you're targeting somebody that never saw your ads before your website, that's a cold person. Don't show them that discount only show discounts, uh, after a specific amount of time.

05:14And my suggestion would be that you start off with something like free shipping, 5% off, and then, uh, build up as the time decay, uh, goes through to like 10, 15, 20% off.

05:25So you really don't want to give this to anyone that you don't have to, uh, besides that a video like this is okay, but it's more for a YouTube video. So I would suggest that you, uh, you say something like that, the few things I started doing when I turned 30 or something like that.

05:42So you want to have it even more specific to the person watching it.

05:46Now, I don't know enough about your business and business model and products, so I can go more in depth, but there's a lot more, you can do. Dynamic product ads are something that you're really missing.

05:55I suggest you research It because that's going to be your most profitable audience.

05:59Then I'm just ensured dynamic protests work with your product catalog. And they're going to be showing up continuously for the person that actually checked out the specific product. Basically that's not a conversion campaign, it's a catalog sales campaign. So it's under a different algorithm and that's why

06:15it's usually the most profitable campaign you will run on Facebook. Um, thanks so much for watching and I hope this video is gonna help you. Uh, let's book a call and we'll go over all of this a little bit more in depth, because I think you have lots of potential.

06:27You just need a little bit of help and guidance.
