00:00Hey Juliana. My name is Ivan. Simon said a lot of great things about math, and I took a dig into your ads into your website and a couple of other stuff. And I just want to show you a lot of opportunities that I think you guys are missing out on.

00:16Mostly I'm going to be focusing on making a structured system that is going to help you, like, know what people are buying, what they're clicking on. And then systematic increasing the average order value and average lifetime value of each customer you have in the pipeline.

00:31So, first I'm going to show you this. I hope you can still see my screen. But based on showing you the screenshot of your popup, the pop-up is basically there to get to squeeze all the emails out to the people, to just visiting your website for the first time.

00:45But the thing with that is that any time that that happens, for example, you're on a Facebook ad, somebody's first time on your website, they will see this. And if they see this sign up, they will go to their, to their email to confirm their email address,

00:58to get this contract, whatever, basically from that moment on, if they click on that link to get the discount code, it's basically going to start tracking that click as an email sale.

01:08So we had a situation where we worked for the forebear performance nutrition for a couple of years, and we just couldn't get prospecting to work because of that. But the thing was prospecting was generating a huge amount of sales, but this was stealing the sales and claiming it as email sales.

01:24And they were like, yeah, email is generating a huge amount of new customers.

01:28Yeah. So just wanted to give you this as an example. Another thing that you should be looking at is that anytime somebody subscribes, you need to fire off a lead event on this. You can also set it up to lead the people on a thank you page or whatever.

01:42It's not, not hard to set up, but you want your pixel to show you that you got the lead.

01:49So anytime you run ads, if you don't get the sale, you got the lead. And then you know that you got for a dollar, somebody that's potentially buying something from you.

01:57That's also something that's valuable to you and your business and your brand.

02:00So I will do that right away. I'm gonna open up a cheat sheet.

02:05Yep. So all of your videos don't have captions. It's just a huge issue because 95% of all traffic on Facebook is going to be mobile out to which again, 95% of people are going to be watching it without captions.

02:17So anytime somebody talks about anything, I'm just going to find the video where somebody talks you need to have those those captions, because for example, somebody is on the bus going to work and how are they going to see the product? They don't have the headphones for example,

02:36or they don't want to stop a song they're listening to, but they'll to play, start in. They're interested in seeing more that, just one example where you're potentially losing huge amounts of money, just because you didn't set that up. And it's a couple of dollars to

02:47get somebody to transcribe that for us. Then another thing is I don't see any thumbnails that you're setting up. So thumbnails are going to be the most important thing. It's basically like on YouTube.

02:57If you go here, it doesn't matter, which doesn't matter, which we did. There's a, I like history.

03:02These, this, these thumbnails here are going to show you exactly. Aren't going to show exactly what's right. What captured the attention of people that are searching for that specific topic? So YouTube is a great example where you can find really good examples on on what

03:21is going to work in your specific market. Another thing is you need to just watch your click through rates potentially because of this.

03:26Like people are, when they see this, this is not the enticing ad.

03:31So it might be remarketing, whatever, but still you want to make it as appealing as possible as clickable as possible.

03:39Moving on no hooks, basically, when you say when you say Koch, you want to say something that's going to capture the attention or even better the imagination of the person that you're talking to. So for example, be ready for work in two seconds have a stand

03:59up, sit down, whatever with your laptop and in mere seconds hate sitting down with your laptop, bring this, and it will make you able to work with standing up something like that.

04:09So just to look at punchy, short thing that you can send starts with the video that you basically promised them that they will see it, then they will start listening because they know what now they're expecting.

04:19They know what is their takeaway. And that's going to be the, one of the most important things for the viewer.

04:24And if you don't do that, people are going to be like, okay, are getting, they're going to show me what they want. Okay. What are they going to show me now? Oh my God. Like, and the people are just going to start dropping off faster.

04:35So for that, you need to look at your average watch times.

04:37You need to look at what amount of people actually watched, what specific amount of your video now, depending on the targeting that might vary. But for example, United States is the hardest to keep track.

04:48Okay. Second of all. Yeah. Again, no intro. You, you frequently, a lot of the videos are just going through a lot of things just showing all of the product, but they're not showing exactly where the product is applicable to use.

05:00Like there's no lifestyle videos, no lifestyle photos is basically, yeah. You have like a model that's sent out there and portrays that, but it's not the exact use case.

05:12You want to show a person going to work then back pain.

05:16Okay. I don't want to have back pain. Okay. I'm going to stand up now and I can do all of that. Thanks to this one gadget.

05:23And that's going to be the most important thing for your brand.

05:26Just showing exactly how that's going to work. Your videos are amazing. You have a really good video developer team.

05:33They're really, really, really good at what they're doing, but you need somebody with marketing experience to guide them on how to assemble the video properly to actually get this full potential.

05:42Because right now it's all over the place and yeah, you're just, you have a lot of things done. You just need to assemble it properly. Now, the second thing that they wanted to mention is you give a lot of, a lot of free shipping away,

05:54but mostly you never show it in any of your ads. You don't show most of the benefits you're giving to your customers.

06:02It's not just that, you know, there's more like you have five star ratings of the products. You have a couple of other things that you can also tell them that they're going to be really important to shoppers.

06:10We tested the free shopping, earn free shipping versus a lot of other stuff.

06:14Every single time you don't get free shipping with a bit more expensive product.

06:18People are ready to drop and don't buy a multiple thousand dollar product.

06:23If you charge them $5 for shipping. So free shipping is extremely important.

06:28And most of your products already in that category, they just bought that they already get free shipping. So it's a really important thing for your buyer to, to see that, but you're not doing that. So again, you're missing a lot of easy, easy points, also five star reviews,

06:44same thing. Then another thing because Simon told me that you're really interested in increasing the average order value. You just need to look at installing a dynamic product ad system where you can continue to show them the best products, the newest products, and keep and show them what is in stock.

07:00Then I'm a product has, is going to be the one of the best things you can do because they are not a typical conversion campaign.

07:06There are catalog sales campaign. So they have a different CPM system.

07:10They have a different algorithm, but they're usually our biggest moneymaker they're going to die. And if you don't have any prospect inserting feeding them, but for the people that were like on the fence or wanted to buy another product or were just unsure,

07:22dynamic product ads are going to be there to continuously and continuously remind them until they buy. And because they're in a different category, the costs will be different. So in frequently, frequently, it will be your best performing campaign pain nother thing.

07:37Yeah, this comes, I see this on the bottom. I saw one like 20% off or something like that.

07:42Yeah. Here. But I don't see a system like a approach towards like, okay. I sh I first explained to them, what is the product?

07:49They hook them like this. Okay. Now they're interested now they're informed if they didn't buy. My second approach is this.

07:54Now I'm going to offer them something. For example just I'm going to tell them free shipping, 30 day money back guarantee, whatever. And I'm going to attack their objections.

08:04What is making them insecure, insecure so they didn't buy. Okay. So that's the second layer of targeting that we do our second ad.

08:11Okay. There's still then bias. So what's missing. Let's figure out what's missing. Okay. Maybe it's just too expensive.

08:16Then give them the discount. Don't just smash this anywhere because it's all businesses go away. This can slept in, right? Because they're insecure in their marketing and they lose thousands of thousands of dollars because people would buy frequently even without the discount. And when you give a discount where you don't need to,

08:33you basically throw away money. So just be mindful of that. It didn't see a lot of this concern maybe saw a couple of them, but still like this can, should be used and systematized and are a really good tool when used properly.

08:45I see. As well that you have a couple of collaborations with Instagram influencers and everything else. My suggestion is get them to share that their Instagram account with you. So you can run ads through them too. Everybody can see their face. They won't even actually understand it's an ad until it's too late.

09:00They already saw what you wanted them to see. Okay. I'm gonna make this short anyways.

09:07Yeah, no, your ad copy is one of the poorest I saw.

09:12So again, no discounts, no emojis, no start, no end, no finish, not no structure.

09:20Most of the accounts we worked on, like, I can show you an accountant worked on this still keeper.

09:26So this is a client I've worked with like years ago and they still keep everything like, can we look at this copy?

09:32So for example, you have this green check marks. Green is associating with good. And then you like have takeoff this deck of that. And you just make them read through exactly what you want them to read. And this is a system that always works.

09:47It's not rocket science, but like just adding a chunk of text is something that people want to listen to. You can see, additionally here, these are thumbnails, no more Silicon scraping this, especially designed towards other people that are using other products that are not ours. And they don't have those Silicon dishes.

10:04That just some of the examples that you can, that you can take and just implement it into your ads.

10:09And it's just like, you already did the hard work. You already made a really cool video.

10:14What's the next step. Next step is actually setting up the thumbnail, getting people to click and all of that. So they can even view the video. If you don't have a good time nail, most people skip your video.

10:23The quality of video doesn't matter. Okay. The offers are not described in the ad dollars.

10:29I mentioned that already. Another thing that yeah, you have in your websites of features publications reviews, you don't use any of that in your advertising, which is a huge mess. Basically.

10:41That's one of your golden, golden, golden eggs that you need to show there.

10:46You went through a lot to get this publication. You now need to show it to the world so that the world knows and understands that you are good, that everybody knows you're good.

10:55A lot of the times this is going to be the thing that is going to be the tipping point.

10:58Other like, well, what has been the experience of other people or what bigger brands or bigger news outlets think about you?

11:06Besides that, like, I like your website. I think it's really good.

11:09We have another thing that I would like to send to you.

11:12It's called maximizing revenue by plugging profit leaks. It's a book that we wrote a couple of, it's not like a year and a half ago, but and it's updated recently.

11:22So basically it's a book. That's exactly going to tell you what you need to install as plugins what to optimize, what it's basically tutorial in a PDF format, which is going to help you optimize your websites. You get higher average order value, bigger, better transparency, and veterans standing on how people use the website and

11:38everything else. One suggestion is, I don't know if you have this installed because they didn't go through the whole checkout process.

11:43It's basically a plugin. You can look at one-click upsells or anything similar and just set it up. So anytime somebody buys something, it pops up like on Amazon frequently bought with, and that should be in theory in most of the time, it actually does increase your average order value between eight and 13%.

12:04So that's just one thing you can implement today. That's already going to help you a lot if you're already implemented my bad, sorry. One other thing that I wanted to tell you for you to plug a hole is this when you click on the best selling like

12:17this, it's actually going to show to everybody. What's your w what's your best selling products. And what's not.

12:22Now I know that in most cases, you're not going to be worried about this, but my suggestion is just send them somewhere else.

12:29You don't need everybody to know what's making you the most money.

12:33Besides that. Yeah, I think we went through a lot. My biggest concern is that if I saw this without actually getting any access, who knows what the internal structural issues you have.

12:43So my suggestion is let's set up a call. Let's get to know each other. Let's see if we're on the same.

12:48Like say wavelengths. If, if we get each other my next step would be to just get access to your account, just to see what you're doing.

12:55I would then give you another set of feedback on what you need to improve. And then after that, we can talk about like, if you want us to help you out with anything, if not, again, every day, every single detail that we gave you here is for you

13:06to use. And I suggest starting to implement everything I gave you right now, right away. Thank you so much for listening to me.

13:13I hope this is going to be a really good video for you.

13:15And yeah, let us know when you want the call.
