00:00Hey David, hope you're doing well. So this website is completely different to the other one that I analyzed. I have some things that are kind of guessing, but everything else should be straightforward.

00:12The main guess here is that I'm not sure how people react to such an amount of information in such a small field, which is concerning to me. So I checked how the website looks on the phone, looks perfect. So that's not an issue.

00:25But look here, same day, shipping, expert is shipping. It's kind of small compared to everything else.

00:31The search here then. Call an expert to speak, then a phone number here, subcontractor hotline, and then you have all of these things here, plus adding, like, texts, like, other places.

00:42As you can see, it's just so many things. And while I was looking at the website, just continue discovering things that they missed. And if I missed, while I'm going in deeper, where most people just came through, I kind of expect that it's just gonna be even worse for the

00:58average user. So you can see here, for example, a free same day ground shipping, then again, shipping here, shipping, shipping, shipping. It needs to be done in a way that it's actually easy for a person to completely understand all of the benefits that this business gives.

01:12Another thing that I do notice is that there are some things that are on sale and then I don't know how to get to like a sale category, you know. And now besides that, okay, so this bug didn't happen before, okay, I hope it's just one time. So that's one thing that I noticed.

01:31Now a couple of other things that they noticed is that the pixels sometimes work sometimes, doesn't disagent things, continuous firing, which is kind of confusing. Now I do like that they have here for PayPal to pay in for interests, but if they have PayPal, they should also add Klarna so somebody can use

01:48a credit card or any other type of pay later option. PayPal is losing the ground quite fast and my suggestion is just add as many options here as possible. It's gonna increase the conversion rate, but okay. And even here when you go to initiate checkout,

02:04now it's showing zero probably, but when I checked the last time, it didn't have the initiate checkout. So the pixel here isn't installed.

02:11I know I checked, I don't see any ads running here, but it's gonna be important later. So one thing that they wanted to say, if we can make this website any faster, that See you next time.

02:22Wouldn't be bad. When it looked at overall traffic source and everything that's coming here, a minute isn't that bad.

02:29Like if we can make it better, we should figure it out.

02:33The bounce rate isn't bad. So overall, I think that you're hitting a good traffic source. And from what they see here.

02:38It's mostly or hitting Google and SEO, and that's why you have such a strong URL.

02:46Now you can see here you have zero coming from social zero coming from email. Now, keeping in mind that this might be a bug because this isn't perfect software you will tell me if it's, yes, that's right. But the whole situation is that you're just Google based and

03:02that's it. The amount of remarketing, it's not really existence. So overall my experience, like this is supposed to be an online business as a shop, but it's kind of more of a storefront than an actual e-commerce business. That's how it's actually being treated as an online checkout option.

03:19And I think that's where they're getting things wrong and that's why we're in a position where you could make more money if you just did things a little bit differently. If we would add e-mail as a system, we would add social and I would love to add text message

03:35marketing. Those three could insanely increase the returns and just overall improve the performance of the business.

03:44I'm going to start off with Facebook ads. It's one of the lower hanging fruits. If you just set up dynamic product ads just do remarketing, just continue getting people in or if you develop some kind of membership options so you advertise that membership as well.

03:58Those things can actually just continue getting people in. Now I did notice that there's no review content event, so potentially there is an issue with that, but that's a problem that could potentially be solved by a really good developer.

04:12So when I think about it, just those ads are going to just bring in a lot of those people. People that you're already paying for it, because you're running Google and SEO, potentially the Google clicks are quite expensive.

04:22I can only imagine this is a really competitive area, so having additional traffic sources is going to be good.

04:28Now, while I'm thinking about the email, email can give you a good advantage when it comes to tell you. Having the brand story, again, you're qualified hardware. So why are you qualified?

04:37What are you offering? There's so many things that the business is offering besides like the 60 days and the hassle free returns and all of that.

04:44So all that could be actually explained to people in an email.

04:47So that's one of the reasons why I think if you develop a really good email sequence, you can actually start increasing the results of this business quite more. Now, when it comes to text message marketing, I pointed out that you have here some things that are on sale.

05:02People love hitting people love hitting a good deal, honestly. So, if you could make a system for them to subscribe to get whenever something new is on sale, a lot of people might be interested in that. Like, why not get the deal? Yes, you might get the text message, but if you get good enough

05:19deals, you're not gonna have a problem with that, you know. And a lot of businesses have been doing that, mainly in the clothing area, but I don't see a problem adding something like that to here. A lot of the times you can specialize that the things

05:31that go on sale are gonna be things that are expendable, the things that you can actually, these things expect a handyman would spend them quite free. So having something like that could be really good.

05:41Another option is setting up a membership plan, where they just get special prices, special options because they're a member, but because they're a member, you can actually hit them with ads quite more. Now, while I'm recording this, you've probably heard some noises, and this is the website. One of the things that's kind of irritating about

05:57the website, as I'm opening the tabs, it makes a sound like Wade's still interested, as you can see here, but when you click on it, there's actually nothing that happened, so it just made a noise for no reason.

06:09So I thought it's going to be this, but it's not. So yeah, like I don't know what's up with that, but that needs to be fixed.

06:15Like I don't have a chat box open or something at least.

06:19Now, there's one major thing regarding this website that they kind of shocked me, and that's that you don't have an option for, you have plug-ins. Like one click up, selling a couple of others where it's just basically like on Amazon, frequently bought with that's something that should be a big moneymaker.

06:36Like that, on average, gets you an additional 8 to 13% additional average order value. So. You know, simple thing to do. I suggest doing it as fast as you can.

06:49So I'm for this business because it's a developed business. They know what they're doing. The only thing I can offer you is to do a full audit. So we would need to get back to the Google and my team goes in and does it in depth.

07:01Analysis, and then they can exactly tell you what you could do better and where we could improve. Besides that, they really strongly suggest you think about the three options.

07:09Facebook ads, SMS and email because these three, especially SMS and email are can be really cost effective.

07:17So it can actually start in stabilizing the amount of revenue and actually maximizing the amount of profit per click you generate.

07:25So that's at least food for thought. Now this one is a way less like in depth and detailed because it's harder business to analyze properly without accesses.

07:37So I'm interested in hearing your thoughts, David. Do you agree that this website is just chaos and just too much information needs to be simplified and just overall made more user friendly, the messages need to be simplified and how they're explained, like same day free shipping. If it could stand like here where it's empty

07:57way better. So small things like that. Now I think that's what one thing that we should test out is just overall launching some ads on Facebook, especially remarketing. We worked with a couple of a couple of products that are similar to this.

08:18I remember a couple of Chinese companies were exporting and when we submitted a lot of the same changes that I'm telling you here, they just saw really good results. So, think about it.
