00:00Hey, Dr. Ron. My name is Ivan and I'm the CEO and founder of Digital Rocket, the sister agency of tier 11.
00:06So I have a couple of different topics that I wanted to discuss with you, but before I just go into a lot of different topics, I thought that I could give you an overview with the video.
00:15Now, I'm just going to open, I wanted to go through your website and your ads and just give you some pointers and some discussion points that we can touch on when we book a call. Now, besides that, I wanted to show you, this is supplemental tie on with the business partner from London.
00:30So you can check out what we built, what we made, the team here, the tie lead did everything every step of the way.
00:36So we have quite a bit of topic. But then on the other side, I have two really successful clients that have a similar way of presenting their product. Where as you can see here, for example, the testimonials and just the way how they show their ads.
00:50And if you go to Facebook ads library. You will see what we're doing with them and you will see a lot of things that I'm telling you to do. A lot of my clients are already implementing with flying colors now.
01:01I just did this for your website. So I'm just going to quickly now go through the website. The loading speed needs to be improved if you want to see better results with ads.
01:10This specific niche, so any type of supplements is currently under fire with Facebook.
01:16With Nanocircumen we had two or three accounts banned because of health claims, even though we were 100% according to Facebook guidelines, they don't care, they just ban you and getting unbanned is next thing possible.
01:28Now we did develop really lucky and I hope that you don't encounter it.
01:45Now, the one thing that you did insanely well is the video testimonials here.
01:50I do think that for any type of video, so for any type of video you have, I suggest doing captions on it because most people are not going to be, they're not going to be able to listen to it.
02:05They're either going to be in their job or just traveling or something like that. And the main thing is you want to make sure that when you spend the money on ads, they're actually going to be able to they're actually going to be able to consume the content you give them. Now the last
02:18thing that I would point out here is that they really think you need to have an option where they can subscribe. The subscription-based model is just going to be a long-term bet. It's going to be a long-term model for you and your customers and usually a company that has monthly recurring revenue is going
02:33to be valued much better than a one-off sales. So even if you plan down the road to sell this company, could be really better to do it this way.
02:42Now, regarding your ads, your ads are quite good. You talk really well in front of the camera. I do suggest that you try and cut out a lot of these ads to a 30-second to a 59-second format. 59 being the limit for a one-minute video that goes on
02:55Instagram. So up to 59 seconds is the best. Now, the big thing you need to start doing is adding captions here as well. Most people, 90% of them, are not going to be able to listen to you. So, they're going to have to read. And if you don't do that,
03:08you're just going to have everybody bounce. And that's basically, again, wasting money. Now, another thing that they suggest is looking at your click rate. When you look at your click rate, you're going to be able to read.
03:16You're going to be able to see if your thumbnails are doing well.
03:19So, you add here, I'm 64, but I feel like I'm 20, or something like that. Like, those things might appeal to some people, but I would suggest adding, like, full pictures.
03:29So, you can imagine basically the same approach to making a YouTube video.
03:31You're basically making a packaging for the video to make it more appealing for the person browsing around. The whole point is attracting a lot of different things to run tests until something starts working.
03:44Now, if we were the ones doing that, we would be continuously testing, and every time that we get something done really well.
03:50So, for example, we increase the click rate, then we will have a secondary metric that we would look at. For example, the average watch time, so we would test different hooks, or different pattern interruptions.
03:59So, just, those are just some things. Things that could be done with the videos you already have. But another big thing that I'm surprised you don't have is actually, the product says the ads.
04:09So, I don't understand why you're not running remarketing, that should be there. And then another thing that I don't understand is you're not using testimonials as ads as well.
04:20Like, I would just have a 20 second video talking about the product or the experience, the way they should listen to you, and then a couple of testimonials. And that's usually enough to bring in general interest of the people.
04:31Now one of the other reasons why I thought this would be really cool if we could connect is ironically enough, I'm suffering through quite a lot of pain in my joints, or, like, just one joint in my leg.
04:45I had a really bad injury to my knee, like, I had a damage to my leg.
04:50TB not TB, like bone, I had my ACL torn, I had my meniscus shattered, or partially shattered, so yeah I'm just thinking this could help me, and honestly like, I would love something because, yeah, I have a lot of tissue that needs to recover,
05:09and yeah, I'm just kinda hating the whole situation. Anyways, I hope we can connect next week, this week unbooked, I'm sending you this video and the calendar. I hope that these things that they start talking are good enough points to start off a better conversation later.
05:24Thanks so much for watching.
