00:00Hey, Tim, my name is Ivan. I'm the CEO of digital rocket.
00:03And, uh, just wanted to tell you, sorry that I couldn't do this quicker.
00:06We just have a huge amount of people subscribed to these videos.
00:09And I just wanted to do a good job. I didn't want to rush it so hope you didn't mind.
00:14The couple of extra days waiting. We usually try to have a 48 hour turnaround time. So I wanted to start off with the, with this part of the website, explaining just how the popup works.
00:23In fact, actually that distorts your metrics when it comes to tracking.
00:26But for some reason, now when it refresh the page, it's not popping up anyways. The whole idea behind those signups that you give 10% off is that it basically shows you the option of getting 10% off as a new customer. But the issue with that is when
00:41you run ads for somebody like you, it's basically gonna attribute all of those sales to, um, uh, to, to email because they have to go into their email, click on the confirm.
00:51Um, at least the thing that's how it is because it disappeared.
00:53So I wanted to tell you if you're running a lot of prospecting, this is going to distort, and I suggest that you have a system where you have customer events firing for basically any time that somebody signs up, depending on what you use for a pop-up, who we have to use.
01:07For example, bear performance, nutrition are the exact same problem. And Nick, the main guy that owns the performance nutrition, one of the positive Ross on prospecting, but we never could manage to do that mainly because the emails were eating up everything. Then we started tracking those email signups and we got them after
01:24tracking through the UTMs, we got, uh, about 60% of those people that signed up for the email because of that pop-up became actual customers.
01:33So when we calculated that we had more than non-profits in our prospecting, but if you didn't know something like that, that can basically distort your performance experience expectations.
01:41Now, besides that, I just wanted to quickly go through some of the basics of the website and just show you a couple of things that you can improve quite easily. One thing is going to be the mobile loading speed.
01:53Now, the last time we loaded this, it was about 19. Um, again, it's going to load again, uh, the, the main issue with the low loading speeds is just because I don't know if that's the, uh, trans translation translation plug-in that you have, but that might be the thing that's slowing us down your website.
02:09Uh, the, the issue with slow, uh, website loading speeds is mainly because, uh, people in a bad mobile phone or a week interconnection are going to take ages for the website to load.
02:18Okay. You can see 19 here. So basically when it close slowly, the people are just going to opt out more.
02:23And an additional issue with that is that both Facebook and Google are going to see that as a bad post click experience.
02:30And when you have a bad post-click experience, your cost per thousand impressions is going to go up. So basically you should always try to have at least above 90. So you're in green.
02:42Also, this can impact your SEO experience as well. Now, just quickly, I'm going to tell you, so you're running currently United Kingdom. If you're successful in the United Kingdom market, you should go after, uh, Australia, Canada, and the United States because your print on demand.
02:56I kind of think that you should be able to scale quite fast.
02:59Now you might have an additional domain, so that's why I can see anything else except United Kingdom align. But, uh, let me know if that's right or wrong, besides that they wanted to say that I would love to have like a sub categories of like, additional,
03:13like who's for what? Um, uh, for example, a grumpy old man, something like that. And next to this guy, it's, it just is niche down that much.
03:22And when you niche down, people are going to start sending to each other, those images and just start referring each other and something like that might be really good. Another thing that I do suggest is that you try not to have as many, this concert displayed on your website,
03:35because if you give away to this constraint, the way you're going to have a hard time reselling anything after now, there, we have a book on optimism, the website, and what to do, basically it's called the, sorry, just draw a blank for a second. It's called maximizing revenue by plugging
03:52profit leaks, where we can tell you exactly which plugins do you use and how to set up your website if you get the maximum revenue.
03:57So I'm not going to go that much into that anymore. Uh, but I see a lot of potential. I see that you're spending a lot of money to see that you have a lot of people coming in.
04:05So I'm presuming that you'd want a really successful business. So just a couple of these things that they show you here can completely change your business. Like just 1% addition from Bridgeway or a little bit more average order value can help you. And that's all in that book for free.
04:18Okay. Now, besides that, I'm just going to run quickly to your ads.
04:21So your ads are kind of the same thing over and over again to whoever is running them is not really putting in that much work.
04:27And I kind of have an issue without seeing like carousel ads, dynamic product ads, and just like these might be the products, but I don't know.
04:35Um, I cannot really say, uh, from here, uh, my suggestion would be to try having as many people wearing the t-shirts, because if you cannot see the person wearing the t-shirt, you really want to visual for who at this, on the other side,
04:47you really want to have a, you really want to have, uh, the specific target audience there.
04:52So for example, you can see you have this guy with the beard.
04:55So that's another, another thing that you should try doing as much as possible on the other side, because you have those, uh, those, uh, t-shirts that kind of hat are provoking and have a reaction.
05:04You might ask people to record the user generated content video for you, basically meaning that if I buy this t-shirt and somebody reacts to it, maybe like you come up with like this and you show that to, to your mom and your mom reacts like that.
05:17That mean video can sell unique and can make millions, and you can just make something like, uh, we give like a thousand dollars for the best video or a hundred dollars for the best video, a giveaway, um, to just something like that can be really,
05:29really easy to pull off and can make you a ton of money.
05:31So I do suggest that you really start working on the content you use for running ads. And I have a client of night and a client, um, our competitor of yours that basically doing what they wanted to show you.
05:43Uh, but yeah, besides so-so basically your remarketing sucks. Your prospecting sucks here, and I'm quite sure that you're making the bare minimum on Facebook ads compared to what you could be doing.
05:54So, um, I can go down in deeper, but basically you need better videos. You need more provocative.
05:59You want people to actually comment because those comments and reactions and just communication under the post is going to lower your cost per thousand impressions and is going to be an indicator to Facebook that you're not boring people off of the platform like most advertisers are. And that competitive advantage is going to change
06:14the game for you guys. Now, if you check out these guys with dazzle, you can see here, the here, they have a lot of different products. Now, if you wanted, you could have had a lot of their products.
06:23They know it's not an issue for you, but you have here, for example, these guys like they're basically portraying this.
06:29Like, do you want to give the perfect gift? There is what to do.
06:32So you should try having somebody record those videos and basically framing them for what they're used. Are they going to be a good gift?
06:39Are they going to be a gag? Are they going to be something to just provoke your mom or something like that? It really depends on what the specific product is, but the beauty of business line like yours is that we can experiment infinity and that's what they love about it.
06:52So, uh, if you want to jump on a call and just brainstorm everything you're doing and just go through the different possibilities, I would love to do that. Uh, usually after that call, we offer to do an in-depth analysis where we can exactly build your report
07:05on how you should restructure your account, how you should continue developing your website and what everything else that we think you need to do in order for you to be successful as, um, we could potentially think you can be, let me know what you think and
07:18yeah. Talk to you soon.
