00:00Hey guys, this is going to be just a quick review of your business.
00:04I'm just going to go through a cup, a couple of different segments. One segment is going to be, um, based, based on your website, loading speeds, uterine user interface, because that's basically the net.
00:15You have to capture all of them. And if that's not working, the quality of Facebook ads is not going to matter that much, uh, after which we will go over a couple of things that we can do, uh, to improve all of that.
00:27And then we will talk about your ads. Uh, I have some notes for myself as well here.
00:32So I wanted to start off with just talking about your mobile loading speed. So the mobile loading speed is really, really poor. So on mobile, it's nine on PC. Uh, it last time it loaded about 70.
00:46So it's not that bad on PC, but, uh, but you can use this. So, uh, base speeds, the web dev or Google page insights, uh, basically it's going to show exactly what you need to do to improve the loading speeds. You want to be in the green and you're quite quite
01:01far away from it. Now, the closer you can get the better, because that's going to impact your advertising costs from, uh, advertising on Facebook to Google, to anywhere else because all of those platforms track what happens post-click and then if your website takes a long time to load and the person drops out
01:16or they bounce, and that's usually going to result in high bounce rates, uh, both Facebook, Google, and everybody else is gonna know that there's something wrong and they're just going to start increasing the cost of your advertising.
01:26And until it just makes the total radically profitable. So my suggestion is clear that up right away.
01:32Now, on the other side, I just going to talk quickly about the homepage.
01:35This is too big on the desktop and mobile probably have a couple of other similar issues. Uh, but basically I would love to focus on just getting everything designed really well and optimize really well.
01:46Uh, on top of it, I would add right under here, if you've worked, ever featured in a news outlet or like any other type of, uh, media, you can use to just build authority and trust, uh, after which D and D is you can,
02:00you can play around, but I suggest removing the masks. Facebook is quite sensitive to mask.
02:05Uh, 2019, we had a huge issue with a fair, fair bit of accounts getting banned, and it's still can cause some problems.
02:12Now, if you never had a single issue and you were advertising masks, that's okay, but still even if you're not advertising a product, it can cause issues with Facebook because Facebook will scan your website.
02:22Um, now again, this, it can all be really, uh, well upgraded because you're selling high cost, uh, losses. And then the website looks like it was designed in paint.
02:34So I know that this is not easy to hear enough of offending somebody.
02:39So be it, sorry about that. But, um, at the end of the day, the revenue is going to be the one that makes the decision. If it's a good design or not, um, these, uh, this place, I would add pictures of people wearing them, but th they're not affiliated to
02:52you, maybe reviews testimonials. Uh, if you have, I would also look at adding some lifestyle images and videos like, uh, people wearing them or people explain why they Biden with, with what they combine, where you can wear them.
03:05Uh, that's going to be a lot of different options, but you want to give them the, uh, idea and a vision of how they can use your glasses.
03:13Uh, and yeah. Okay. Instagram here is. Okay. And so you see here how you've been, uh, viewed the media post and media.
03:21This needs to be on top. This is going to portray the most value and trust and authority. So yeah, that's what I would do for the website. Now, when it comes to your product pages, I'm just quickly going to skip to one.
03:35This is, in my opinion, not really well designed. You should have a lot of like hydro stickers is a sustainable, is it eco-friendly? Is it something like that? Uh, on the other side, do you help and the help, any, uh, charities, do you help any other types of humanitarian aid?
03:51Uh, do you also, I don't know if I mentioned money back guarantee, but anyways, there's a lot of things that you can do.
03:56And I suggest you have icons that are big and visual, so people will intuitively know what they are.
04:01It's also like it's just going to be a good wall of good stuff around your brand. You have a huge gap here, which is just blank, which is terrible too.
04:09Like that's real estate. You want to use everything you can, you want to make it really good now, besides that, um, what they suggest, uh, even if you don't agree with me, or if you do agree with me, the easiest way to tell if something's
04:23right is just install heat maps, you can use lucky jar, uh, co um, yeah.
04:30Uh, you can use a Hotjar or lucky orange lucky jar, uh, basically, um, with that you will be able to see each session, uh, and exactly see how people use your website.
04:40So sometimes it's just, some things might be logical for you, but for others, it won't, for example, this button here, can you see it even why the white button on a white background, no logic behind it.
04:53So there are a lot of simple, small things that you can do to just make it look really good and just get it to work.
04:59You can see the parcels like Cali express, Amazon changing those buttons, and continues experimenting to get zero, 0.1 better results because in their world, that's billions of dollars. So just think about that, try acting like that. And it's going to start improving and of course,
05:14measure your results, uh, after which I would say that, uh, you should also install Google analytics.
05:20You just measure if any patient has an abnormally high bounce rate or loading speed issues and whatever. Um, and yeah, I'm just going to consult this quickly.
05:30Uh, yeah, you want to also have, um, an option. I saw one on one, you were ads, you're showing some boutiques you want, if you want that you should have like a map or a page where you can exactly show off the, the big brands that are helping you grow.
05:43And the third partnering up with you. And with that said, you can also set up a wholesale page quickly where people can just sign up to actually resell your products. Then it's really easy to do.
05:52It's just a basic form, and you can then choose who you're going to work with. Uh, good thing would be to have an email option.
05:59So either like a first time buyer discount or something like that now tracking with that can be tricky. So let me know if you start setting that up, I didn't see any pop up if you already have them basic basic stuff to try and getting all of the information as much as possible to
06:13get to know your potential buyer and your active buyers, and just start building an avatar from that data it's going to help you then advertise really well. Now, when it comes to your advertising, this doesn't help any, anything.
06:25Um, because you can do that with posts. You don't need to do that with ads. You're just taking away a lot of really big real estate that you can use. Now on top of this year, like on the first five seconds, or even less, less on the first, second, you don't know if you're selling
06:41the glasses or anything around the glasses. So I would suggest that you go off with a really simple message. You're kind of over-complicating things show the last is show the people, show your mission, show how you got to the product. I will also run a couple of
06:54unboxing ads and I would show a product images of just the product on different backgrounds is going to be enough for people to understand, like here, you don't know if this is a political campaign or is it just a doctor or psychologist, or is it just a person wearing glasses?
07:12Like you need to think about how fast people use and digest these medias.
07:17It's not like somebody's going to sit down and read this if it's not interesting in the first half second. So think about that quite a lot.
07:24There's a lot more that you can do with your ads, but they suggest to start off with that. Thanks so much for listening.
