00:00Hey, Thomas, my name is Ivan, the CEO Digital Rocket. So sorry that this took a little bit longer, but we just had a huge amount of people subscribe to these videos and we just wanted to do a good job. So your specific situation is quite different from most other businesses
00:13because you're going to you're in retail. You're basically reselling what from other people with low margins or presumably low margins on the other side, um, you are basically working a subscription-based business.
00:24From what I can see are basically are going to go out through the lifetime value of each customer. Now I went through a couple of different things.
00:30They see a lot of things, a lot of things that you can just improve or just use to get the most advantage from.
00:36But I'm just going to develop you first, like my strategy, looking at everything, your just using Twitter as the main backbone of your business.
00:44And you're actually hitting a stronger demographics. So you can see here, the 40% of all of your people are coming from a social. And then you can see here, YouTube and Twitter making the most of it. Now, I don't understand why we're not right now using Facebook because Facebook just for remarketing and basic purposes can
01:00do a lot of it for your business. Now, one thing that I wanted to point out, I know that you're in Spain.
01:05So basically thank God for Google, for translating everything. But I think that the first of all, you need to have a system of all your heat maps set up. So you can see what's what's where, because it took me a couple of seconds to figure out that the login
01:18button is this. So I don't know how intuitive your website is and that intuition is going to make all of the difference.
01:23Now it really depends on your target market. Some people may figure that out, some people won't, but just having heat maps there and just making sure that the people understand how you use your website and just not drop out is going to be
01:35a thing that's going to help you a lot. Now, another thing that, um, I think you should start using Facebook ads for is to just get people, to register an account, which is so they can get all of the benefits and all of the things you want from them.
01:46Now, for some reason, uh, however, how many times I tried refreshing this and just figuring out everything, I just couldn't see a Facebook pixel installed. Now that basically means that your 40,000 people that come up to your website, 50 almost thousand people are not being tracked with Facebook.
02:01Now, I don't know if you're doing that on purpose. You maybe hit Facebook or something like that.
02:05But my suggestion would be that you set this up because you can track every single person here as a lead. And then you can also set up remarketing campaigns to make them buy or make them buy more, or just get them subscribed to like an SMS platform where you can then
02:17reach out to them a lot more. I do suggest that you have an SMS bump and push notification system, especially because they are most cost effective.
02:24And again, I presume your margins are not that big. Now on the other side, uh, you should also run an ads that are going to show people what is on sale, or maybe what's going to happen soon, or just the additional benefits of the
02:37subscription. Now I checked out your Facebook ads. There's nothing here. So yeah, I'm sad about that.
02:43On the other side, try making your website faster. The main reason why you want your website to be faster is because both Facebook, Google, SEO, even Twitter, I presume have a system.
02:52How they track the post click experience, basically meaning after they click on an ad, does the person bounce or not?
02:59None, none of these platforms want to have a situation where they ha and they have an advertiser just sending somebody to something they don't like in advance right away, because that makes the platform in the advertisements.
03:10All lower quality makes people trust the platforms of send those out as do them way less. So it's a for them, their main interest to have that, uh, post-click experience really good.
03:21And when you're in the red zone, so you're in 31, restaurant is under 50, uh, basically means that you, you, uh, anyone that has a weaker internet connection or a bad device or a weak device is just going to take longer to load.
03:34And with that, they're more inclined to bounce. So you should keep that in mind. Now, mainly we do specialists on Facebook and Google, but since you don't run any of those, I would suggest for you to check, to check out our website and see what type of customers we worked
03:48with a platform kind of similar to yours as AppSumo where we basically promoted their platform for selling a software.
03:56And we got massive results for them. Uh, you can check out the case study that you have it all on our website. If you don't want to go through the website, I can always send you everything. Now again, I did promise five minutes so sorry that this is a bit shorter because
04:09I don't have that much to work with, but my suggestion would be to book a call with me and just brainstorm ideas.
04:15You don't know what we can figure out together. And at the end of the day, there's no obligations. There's no expectations.
04:20We just have a friendly call and see where it goes. Thanks so much for listening, Thomas and take care of.
