00:00Hey one spice. My name is Ivan and I represented rocket. Uh, I'll be recording today a quick video to show you all the potential places where you can improve your website, improve your performance and advertisement, and just get a lot more data. I love your name.
00:13I love the business model. I love wine. Um, basically I see a lot of things here that I would need to ask some questions. So if I miss anything or misunderstand anything, just understand it's an outside the analysis that I lack a lot of information.
00:27So the first thing that they notice, what your website is that you don't have a pixel here. So that's your core website.
00:33So I love the idea that you can enable a normal person to buy high priced wines. Um, I kind of think that summarizes your whole business model, but on the other side, I see that you're using like this landing page system where you're you have your pixel and everything,
00:49but I don't understand. And why are you not tracking this? Because it might potentially happen that you have a lot of people buying from here as well.
00:58Uh, of course you can always set up like two different pixels and just track all of those pages individually. So I don't know if you try that now, I'm going to move on to the landing page.
01:08That is just so from your ads and the main thing that's kind of confusing me is, uh, again, that you have this landing page system where you're hoping that your email is gonna convert them while you're not using the main website anyways, uh,
01:22I'm just gonna move on to your advertisements. Uh, I have a lot of other ideas, but I suggest that you just have a subscription system where they get a huge discount, for example, like $10 a month. And then they get a huge discrepancy in
01:33wine costs. For example, if you have this one here, that's $38, you can make it $30 for anyone that doesn't subscribe and then 25 for everybody that doesn't. So you just make it something that they pay, because it's going to anchor a lot more value for your brand
01:49towards the end user on top of it, it's going to help you increase your monthly recurring revenue.
01:54And then on top of it, when they give you their credit card, plus a lot of other things, you will be able to understand a lot more of your clients and your buyers. Uh, so yeah, just think about that. Uh, moving on to the advertisement, I love a couple of different ads that you
02:08did. Like I, I, I checked this out and thank you so much for trying this. I love the fact that somebody tried this because, uh, most brands are really, uh, put off with means or really afraid of using them just because they're thinking that they're going to come off like weird or unprofessional,
02:25but like, I honestly love this. And I think that, uh, if you kind of read this and just say that he got the subscription, so he can buy wines that he couldn't afford before, and that's why he is happy. That could be really good.
02:38Um, so yeah, my suggestion would be that you push towards the wine.
02:43Like you have this video here where this guy actually says it.
02:46And that gave me the idea, uh, where he says that there are some bottle wines that he ordered here, but usually he would pass on them. So maybe say saying something like, uh, never pass on a good bottle of wine again by them at an
02:59affordable price for you or something like that. So that's going to be a good call to action because everybody that loves wine has that situation where they're looking at the price of the wine and then decide to buy the cheaper one.
03:09Even though in like inside of them, they really want to buy the more expensive one.
03:14So I would play towards that and I would just smash that as much as possible. Now, I don't know if you hear what you're using, our dynamic product ads. I hope they are, but they usually would be in a carousel. So my suggestion is for you to set up a dynamic product,
03:28a system, and just look at how that's going to work for you.
03:31Um, I understand that for, you know, when you're going to do this concert is going to be hard because you're already, your whole whole business model is fighting for low price, but I think just developing a community around the wines is going to be
03:43good through that subscription. Now, another thing that I think you should do, you should set up a system where you talk about how you source those wines.
03:54You shouldn't give away your sick secret, but people love understanding is this wine going to be good?
04:00Is this wine going to be fresh? What happens if the wine is outdated or it has something off with it? Uh, is it packaged properly or if it breaks, all of those things should be addressed in remarking as it falls up. So those are just some examples,
04:12uh, videos like these are always going to be cool. I kind of think you can also try working with a couple of other, uh, businesses to see if you can get them to advertise you as well.
04:22So maybe if somebody has a subscription, uh, I worked with a company called Roy and behold, they were doing meat.
04:27So maybe you can do a in combination with that and exchange data as well. Uh, besides that, I'm just going to come back to the website. This is the main thing that's kind of freaking me out because this I like how this looks.
04:38This can be used quite a lot. I just don't know why you're not having a pixel here.
04:45Now, when you look at all of this, this looks amazing. I would try doing this a lot more.
04:50So maybe you can have the flag of Germany, for example, behind this. And when you have the ad, you can actually try targeting people that have like German ancestry or, or German aspects or something like that. So like, you don't need to have this, you can put the flag behind it and
05:04it's just going to make it look way better. And now, because of everything that's happening in Ukraine that might actually work way better than it's usually or should, would it should work anyways.
05:15Uh, this is just a quick overview. I have a lot more that I will talk to you about, but the main thing for me is to understand how your sales system goes. Um, another thing that I can suggest to you is to try setting up some
05:26kind of publication system where for example, you can get featured on for or something like that, uh, which is going to help you build on authority. So if you're interested in that as well, I have a partner in company that takes care of that
05:37for us. Anyways, hope you're doing well in enjoy your weekend.
