00:00Hey, my name is Ivan and I just discovered Ziman recently and just thought to reach out. I'm part of Digital Rocket, a marketing agency that helps businesses grow, but I just wanted to give you some ideas on how we think you should, uh, proceed further.
00:14I noticed that recently you did a fair bit of, uh, PR campaigns just before Thanksgiving and everything else with the new New York Times and everything else. Good job.
00:24I see the traffic coming in. I'm quite sure you did a lot of these things that paid off quite well. Now, the main thing I wanted to say is that this is a really good system, how to get people into a funnel. The downside to that is that
00:36you now need the money is in the repeat purchasers. Like if you pay a lot of money every time for them to buy something, you're just losing out, out on a lot of margin there.
00:45So the hope, the idea I wanted to pitch to you is basically developing a better system to capture more information, capture more data, just get to get a better understanding from them.
00:55But as well, develop systems through Facebook ads, Google ads, uh, um, we can also do SMS and email and just continue hitting them to come back. Developing a system for them to become, um, like members, like I see you already have a sign in option,
01:09everything else, like getting them to become that, to get a discount if they're a member or something like that, that can be amazing. And then, for example, if we sent out, uh, like SMS marketing before every big holiday, you're gonna be top of mind. Anytime somebody doesn't know what to buy,
01:22somebody for a gift as well. I, we do as well. A lot of corporate gifts around New Years and Christmas and everything for the people that we work with for a longer time.
01:30And I honestly think that that's gonna be the perfect solution. Now, my experience so far was that illustrations and animations just don't work, especially when it comes to food, because food, you want to smell it, you want to taste it, you want touch it,
01:44you want feel how it's when you're chewing it. So all of these things cannot be even translated in, in a picture. That's why, for example, every single Coca-Cola add has that moment where they just sip the drinking. They're like, mm, that's so good.
01:57So we need that. We need that emotion because that's what people want to buy, not just the piece of bread. They want that moment when they're enjoying it. So, and you're never gonna do that through this.
02:07So my suggestion would be to do something like, uh, one of our old clients did. So these guys are a Jewish company and I actually have a lot of Jewish, uh, uh, companies that we've worked with, and I have a great time working
02:21with them. Um, especially when it comes to like kosher meat, kosher food, anything that has like a strong Jewish community or Muslim community, which it, it just sells really well because it's niche.
02:31I think that these niches are just now becoming really strong online.
02:34But anyways, check them out. Uh, we worked, uh, we helped them, uh, grow for additional million dollars in revenue, but that's from the first sale on average.
02:43The per the people came back a lot more times than bought a lot more. And that's where they made a lot of money because on, I think that the million dollars from the first sale and then they added like additional 5 million to the repeat purchasers down the road.
02:55Like they didn't share all the information with us. But basically what I'm Saying here, here is if we go with an approach more like this, we know it works. I can even give you their emails and you can contact them and ask them how were they happy working with us.
03:07Uh, but basically, um, I'm just, I just think that you're currently doing really well and you're growing and that if you don't do this transit, you're gonna miss out on the repeat purchase and just the stability of, uh, of that retention that you can acquire.
03:21Now. You're not running any ads, you're not running anything else. I just don't want to go too much into details and technicals.
03:27Uh, but I would love to have a call with you guys and just brainstorm what we could do together. Uh, let me know, uh, what you think. Again, look, if you book a call, no strings attached. I have a lot of different ideas I would love to go through with, with you and just see
03:41where we end up. Thanks so much. Bye.
