  • This role will report to the Head of Meta and will have the assistance of a full creative team, Google, Email Marketing, and CRO teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation clients on Meta, while staying in sync with Google Ads, Email/SMS marketing, and CRO teams, ensuring you are driving actual growth.

  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for optimization and offer actionable recommendations to exceed target KPIs.

  • Collaborate with clients to align objectives, track progress, and uncover new opportunities to drive value.

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact marketing strategies.

Required Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads, including proficiency with the latest campaign types such as ASC+, and performance optimization.

  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients.

    • BONUS 1Advanced understanding of creative & copy (hooks, performance metrics, angles, adjusting this, etc.)

    • BONUS 2Intermediate understanding of CRO, with the ability to communicate with our CRO team what you need to make the ads convert better.

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in traffic generation and optimization.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling Meta Ads accounts, meeting performance goals, and improving ROI.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Wicked Reports, or other data dashboards.
