00:00Hey, Susie. Hope you're doing well. If your husband watches this, hide to him as well. Now, right away, when I open this, I wrote down some notes, but I can show you this. This is right away a problem.
00:12As you can see here, something's not loading properly. The first impression is gonna be really important, so this needs to go.
00:20Like, where progress is everything. You're in the United States. Like, progress is everything in every single aspect, from what, like, what my perspective of the United States is.
00:30So you didn't really say anything. Here, and that is the first impression is usually makes people skeptical, at least me. So the suggestion would be think about what problem you're solving to the average person watching your website.
00:44So, for example, it could be something like. You're losing too much time developing, brokering a deal, or you're trying to get the land like here.
00:55We're currently going through a lot of land acquisitions because people are making complexes of buildings. But then one guy decides to not sell a house and everything goes to hell. So some. If he's solving a situation like that, if I'm mistaken, sorry he can say something like that where I overtake the
01:11problems while you focus on the development or what I cut. I can cut corners due to experience while you can't or something like that.
01:19But overall, you need to have a. Clear, accurate avatar who you're going for and then a problem is clearly defined and your message needs to hit that problem directly so that person feels like they're at the right place.
01:32Maybe having a couple of pictures as well, like if you can maybe cut this into like a diagonal 45 degree picture you can actually have like a picture of him consulting somebody plus like a construction site on the other side. That way his face is going to be dominant and prominent right away.
01:51That, that's just one of the suggestions. Especially if he's the, the, the leader of the business or especially if he's the only one in the business or like it's a small team. So then his face is everything.
02:02Now over 20 years, eh, who cares. Like my suggestion is make something again more sexually queer.
02:09How much money we save, how many, how many businesses we help develop, how many, like there's a lot of other things that you could place here that's going to be much better because the amount of years in service don't mean anything. You, you and I both know there are people who double our
02:24amount of money. The work time in the marketing industry and there's still shit.
02:28So yeah, I usually like to go for something. That's a hard fact. Something they can check or something like that.
02:34One thing that I would write the way change here, like, as you can see, like this looks like a spot that this shouldn't be here. Here, I would add here as seen on.
02:44So you have here under, well, I think expertise. You have the where he was seen on that shouldn't be hidden away.
02:53Like that's his war medal. So he needs to have it here.
02:56And then as. That that's right the way like you solve a problem and you have been featured in regular media regarding how you solve that problem already double whammy from a first first first impression standpoint.
03:09Now these things look okay. These like. Pressing media here, like I would still add that to the top is a little button.
03:18You don't need that many things here. And yeah, you can see here. So you get into a first like a first face only appears at the bottom of the website, which in my opinion.
03:29It's usually not that great. So think about it. Like I would remove this.
03:36I would kill off this right away if you can, and I would put testimonials. So you want video testimonials before and after pictures.
03:43Anything you can that can describe exactly. What you do as a business and how how working with you changes a person's life. Now, I'm just going to quickly to a couple of my notes the metapixel. You don't have it.
03:57I don't know why you don't have anything that's actually going to collect data.
04:01And I think that this. Especially with a business like this, he will have a lot of people that are going to inquire if he's good or not. And then it's going to take them time to decide because he's a service based business. Similar like you and I am you should help
04:15him develop PDFs or eBooks or a course. Or something that people are going to be willing to give their data for in exchange for the free content that he's going to get.
04:26He's going to give them. So that's going to help you then build out an email list and that email list you can then hit with successful projects.
04:34Learnings, whatever it comes later, and those people are going to be engaged.
04:38They're going to follow you. Like some of them will. And through that you're going to have a hard chance of then converting later. If you don't do that, it's a problem. Now, another thing that they've noticed is that you don't have like a way of actually converting. Like, here,
04:51connect, f*** that, that's not enough. You see where you end up, it's actually like the same button that you have on a couple of other places, I think, or on another page that they saw.
05:03My suggestion is, right away, either have like, you don't. You don't need this here, I think you can just implement it on a Calendly calendar for a free consultation.
05:12That's gonna be really important. You also need to send that to Calendly down to a thank you page, and you need to track everything with a Facebook Pixel. So, I'm quite sure that you know already all of these things.
05:22And that's the only reason why the Pixel isn't implemented, because you're not finished with the website. Beside that, if you work with anyone famous, that needs to go on top.
05:34As well, anything else that comes to mind, like, news. Maybe the picture when he started, because he's 20 years in business, and then, like, the picture now, something like that, that could be a plastic way to show, like, how a person changes through a career. Another suggestion would
05:54be that you give the video a like and subscribe. It doesn't need to be a crazy guarantee. We developed our guarantees focusing on the work that's going to be done, and how we're going to do it, and how we're going to execute on it. So we're going to do it
06:06honestly, everything's going to be transparent, everything's going to be documented. Do not give a guarantee on results because it's not my business, I mean, it's not my, like, it's, I'm not the one in control when it comes to the product, or the client, or how they run their business,
06:20because they can run it into the browser and then they get nothing.
06:24Which, so for, in developer develops a guarantee that he can fulfill and it's gonna make people still a little bit more relaxed.
06:32Now, I tried on this page to download this flyer my suggestion is just, like, develop a better way how you deliver these, because just sending them to this is not working, you forgot to make the link published. Besides that, you don't collect, again, any information, anything on that.
06:48So, food for thought. Like, you need to change that. Yeah, overall, there's, like, this website looks like it has been developed by somebody that never did marketing. Before, or, like, not, I didn't want to say it like that, but, like, it doesn't have,
07:03like, a core tactic behind this, because the purpose of the website is to support, or be the place where the tactic delivers, that are in the audience.
07:13So, is it going to be as SEO? Is it going to be advertisement? Is it going to be organic?
07:19I don't have a clue what's the plan, but through looking at this website, there's no core strategy in mind.
07:26It's just the website, so that's currently how I feel after looking at this.
07:31You need to figure out what you're going to do, how you're going to do it. If you're going to do PPC, if you're going to do LinkedIn, you need to think about like from what place you're taking a person from and then where you're placing them like from one environment to another and
07:44how they're going to react. So if they're coming from SEO, and you're on top, you don't really care to show them your authority because Google gives you authority. If you are spamming everybody through email, then you need to show authority everywhere because they don't trust you at all.
07:58So those are some of the things that you also need to take into account. Yeah, the bottom where it says let's stay connected.
08:06I can't figure out which page that was maybe here and then let's stay connected. Yeah. So this is stupid to a big degree.
08:15My suggestion is like these buttons here don't work is when you see it, they just send you to back. This like gating the option of them actually contacting him through multiple clicks is just stupid.
08:27Again, it could be all in one click like you want LinkedIn it should open up like this LinkedIn, but look at this you have LinkedIn here. So kind of no point in like the same screen you can see both. So you have three other options here.
08:44I would just say like have the three options like there and that's it.
08:49Put his face on top. You don't need it on the bottom.
08:51He is the face of the, company. It needs to be prominent.
08:55So and that's one thing. Another thing is let's stay connected. There's the weakest call to action. You can think of.
09:02I think that developing. He's going to know his audience. What can he deliver in a 30 minute?
09:08Consultation that doesn't cost him much, but can help a person that reaches out to him.
09:14So if it's going to be, let's build a strategy for your next complex.
09:18I don't have a clue and he can build that in a call in 30 minutes. Say that better than let's stay connected because it is the most important time. You need to think about this. People here do not care about this. They're here for themselves. So the only things that are going to be
09:31relevant to them is anything directly regarding them or their business. So yeah, when you polish this up and finish this off, also try implementing Google Analytics for us.
09:47Make sure that you have a way to do UTM's. Just make sure that you can track everything that's going on on your website.
09:55Develop a couple of ebooks, maybe a quiz, I don't know, but like have a system how to get them into your nurturing sequence and then develop a nurturing sequence.
10:06Sorry that this video is a bit long, but I hope it helps.
