00:00Introduction
00:00Hello, gentlemen. So my name is Ivan, and since I don't know who of you3 is gonna watch, maybe all three of you.
00:07I'm just gonna say hi to all three.
00:09Now I'm checking out your Google Ads and meta ads and things that you're running right now.
00:14And I see concerns with everything a little bit, but there is, let's say, a foundational problem with how the things are structured right now when it comes to your website.
00:22And I'll talk about that. Now. The main thing that I wanted to show you what I'm basing my information on is this.
00:25Tracking and Traffic Issues
00:30So with these two numbers are usually the thing that kind of ticks me off that we have some kind of issue.
00:36It's usually that when you're running Facebook ads and Google Ads and that's your main source of traffic, which again, it doesn't have to be, but they do see that you're running them most of the time.
00:47You're gonna get a lot of people that are like 75% or plus mobile.
00:52So the problem with that is that what they see is that you might have a lot of customers right now that are just signing through the login page, which makes a lot of sense.
01:00You click here. But the problem is you didn't split that into subdomains.
01:03So now all of your traffic is being mixed and your performance is being blended.
01:08Now of course you might have a solution for that in your analytics and backend, but there are downsides to that as well.
01:14Meaning that, for example, when you have Google Ads and meta ads running, that tracking traffic is also going to be picked up and the pixel is going to bundle all of that traffic information into one.
01:24Now that might not be a problem initially, but when you're trying to scale to new audiences, maybe you decide to not run ads for a specific type of coach or something like that, it's going to be a problem
01:34because the algorithm is automatically going to go and hit those people.
01:38Meaning that you really want to actually separate this and have two separate, separate tracking systems for both of them.
01:43So you can for example, add that data, from for example when you need it, but in the case that you don't need it, you don't have to use it.
01:52So if you don't right now separate those two traffic flows, you're going to have issues down the road and you're going to have problems deciding if your cold traffic is working compared to warm and stuff like that.
02:03So that's one of the things that I wanted to give, give you a, warning about.
02:08Ad Strategy Critique
02:08Now, I wanted to give another question. I expected to see ads promoting your business.
02:15So this is kind of confusing because I expected you to try and hit other people that own businesses that you want to build the apps for and stuff like that.
02:25So that's the thing that's kind of confusing.
02:27Are you running ads for your customers? And if you are, you should actually set up a separate system.
02:33So I'm not 100% sure what's happening there.
02:36I just wanted to ask. But if you are just running client, ads, that is another problem because you're teaching, your algorithm for your Google Ads, that you want basketball clients.
02:45And I don't know if you just want basketball clients or you want to expand beyond that.
02:50Improving Ad Creatives
02:50Now I want to mention a couple of things that they notice.
02:52What's going on. Guys, my name is Jeremy Hayes.
02:54I'm the founder and CEO. That probably interrupted me.
02:57So I just want to show you an example.
02:58So look, okay. All of these ads kind of are okay.
03:03The main thing that they notice is like, okay, this one has, captions, but there's no, proper example of the app you build.
03:10There's no example of the P. L. There's nothing.
03:12So they, the user, the other side really doesn't know.
03:15If you just paid some guy to talk really nice stuff about you or is this your friend or is it this one of you guys?
03:21Like, again, people are really not gonna trust anyone online.
03:25Why would they trust you? You're paying ads 24 hours.
03:28You get me? there is always that part of the people or the person that's going to be hesitant.
03:34Now in the rest of the ad coach IQ for these ads don't have captions at all.
03:39So I don't know what happened there and how you drop the captions.
03:42Only one video, this is Coleman here.
03:44And then all of the others don't have them.
03:47So that's an interesting situation. And I usually don't see errors like that.
03:51It's usually like you either don't have any word captions or you have my perspective to this is.
03:55If you're gonna explain, use these ads. I like these.
03:59These are probably just used for remarketing and you're just trying to hit people.
04:01But what I would look at is just making a mashup of this, making it much faster and just showing all of the apps and maybe even the P&Ls and stuff like that.
04:09You need to add some beat to this.
04:11You need to add some speed. To this as well.
04:13You can still keep these ads running, but they still think that they could be done a lot better.
04:17you can also make a video from one of you saying like this is the way we started this business and I'm going to show you and then explain your mission and then at the end you're going
04:26to say something like I'm going to show you now five of my customers, that had this transition with us and they set up the app and they have now this whole new business they made and then you
04:35transition to this. So the co letter ad can be also combined together with these testimonial ads.
04:43So those are some of the things that I just wanted to give like a shout out.
04:47Website Design Feedback
04:47Now the last thing I wanted to point out is just the general of the website.
04:52This padding here in both mobile, like this is just empty space for some reason.
04:55So like I would kind of look at that.
04:57But besides that, the website needs to do a couple of things.
05:00It needs to provide trust and authority and you're not doing that in the first impression.
05:04so my suggestion would be to look at adding all of the five star reviews, all the testimonials, all the stuff like that up top, not have to call to actions.
05:12And in general you need to get this all cleaned up because you need to think about your first impression.
05:18And that's one of the reasons why you really want to have a separate first flow of data for the cold traffic and the hot traffic or your existing users.
05:25Because you really need to make sure that you're building the pages that are converting.
05:29Otherwise you're going to dump a lot of money on ads that are going to go to landing pages that are not going to perform that well.
05:35Conversion Optimization Tips
05:36Now I suggest you set up heat maps like Microsoft Clarity.
05:39But if not, a suggestion would be just to continuously manage and look at how many people churn through the website.
05:47again usually you can see that through the tool I use, but because you blended the traffic it's impossible.
05:52but yeah, I would kind of have my hesitations because this is the thing when you come here, people don't want to really spend 10 minutes researching you.
06:00They have maybe 30 seconds before they go back to their day.
06:04So if you're really not the app that everybody's searching for, like a service that everybody's searching for and something they really need, they're not going to give you the time you expect them.
06:14So we really need to make a stronger course selection, like a Call to action that's going to make it a lot more stickier.
06:22proof if you have PR features, if you have any awards won or something like that here, or if it's made by experienced people, it made already.
06:32businesses like this before, something like that, serial entrepreneurs and things like that should be here and then they can move down, through the rest.
06:41Another thing that I wanted to point out, it's quite like on a mobile screen.
06:44You can see, why I'm looking at that because again, my perspective is that you should have about 75% of traffic coming from mobile and that's what I expect your call traffic ratio to be.
06:53So that's why I'm looking at mobile, because that's where you're paying money for people to go to.
06:57And you can see you have a lot of different blocks where there's a lot of text.
07:00It's kind of hard to digest everything. And I think that you could do a lot better job on actually building pages that are going to convert and test a lot of different things.
07:08Next Steps and Audit
07:08now of course, the next thing that I would like to do is for us to talk first, for me to get understanding of what they got right through this video, what they didn't get right.
07:18Another thing that then I would suggest for us to do is do a deep dive.
07:22So you would give us then view access so we can go and check.
07:26I have a team of 40 people, so I would need, our agency to be able to go through all of the issues.
07:31We would make a map of all of the problems you have and then we would pitch you an offer for us to go in and solve all of the issues for you with the guarantee on the execution.
07:41So everything that we discussed through the audit will be in the guarantees.
07:45The main thing that, why we need to do the audit is because I cannot offer guarantees blindly.
07:50And you wouldn't trust a guy that's just offering guarantees left and right.
07:54So my perspective to that would be that we need to have a deep dive call for maybe like 30 minutes, go over everything you've done so far, all of your results, what is your most profitable verticals, what
08:05is the strategy for the this year and things like that.
08:08I've run similar projects with companies like these.
08:11I have a lot of success in a lot of similar projects.
08:15So I can probably give you some valuable insight now.
08:18Of course, if you're not searching for an agency, that's fine as well.
08:21I still think we should talk in case that you might need some of our expertise because we do cover everything from Facebook ads to Google Ads to emails to website development and of course, advanced tracking and things like
08:34that. If you're lacking the PR that they mentioned, we we also have a solution for that as well, and that could enable you to get a lot more search traffic through AI.
08:43So yeah, those are the topics that I would cover with you on a call.
08:47Let me know what time works and I'll also provide links so you can book a time directly.
08:51Thank you for watching.
