00:00So, I know you're busy, I messaged you about our call, and I'm quite sure that Mondays can be hectic, especially because it's the end of the month.
00:08So, I have similar clients to you guys that have similar requirements, so when you decide to launch your launch and add if you ever launch, I think you haven't, because you don't see anything here, just see a little bit of traffic, and I kinda think that's probably just you guys coming to the website because
00:25it's 100% desktop, which is usually rare. When you have a normal source of traffic, but anyways, uhh, when this is being filled out by a person that came to an ad, it needs to be separated between good medium and bad leads, what we explained on the landing page. Why?
00:40Because if you, for example, just are running leads, anyone that fills out this form of biophase before Google is going to be counted as a lead, regardless if they're a bad lead or a good lead or whatever they are. But the problem with that is that the algorithms will
00:55never catch up to, what you want it to do. So, in this case, you most likely have a specific type of customer that you like and prefer through here, and as well as a specific size or a type of service that you're selling. So,
01:08if you want to sell more of that services and teach the algorithm how to get, people that actually need these services, uhm, that's how you actually train it through machine learning and through giving it the specific data you want it. Now, the thing is, way back to 2014-15,
01:24we had the option of targeting people even by a lot of the, different things from house value to income by year and stuff like that.
01:32All of this information is still owned by Meta and Meta knows exactly who is who and how is the money spread around.
01:40So, the main thing is, you cannot get Meta directly to give you the, these audiences because you haven't run, uh, because they are through privacy systems and stuff like that, limiting that, but as well as in order for them to keep all of
01:53the power, they don't want to give you the best options. They want to force you to spend as much as you can.
01:59And if you, If you've ever run ads, you see that most of the time you get some leads, but most of them are not good and you cannot close them. So, this is the way how you actually get some good results. Uhm, I wanted to talk to you a lot about other stuff like,
02:12Potentially upgrading your website to adding some initial elements. I'll give you some examples. Like, if you've been in any PR campaigns, I would add here. If you add, Have any campaigns that are, uh, for example, guarantee campaigns, or have you won a specific award for service or stuff like that?
02:28I would add it here. Another thing that I would look at is, uh, trust pilot and stuff like this.
02:34Again, people, janitorial services, uh, people are afraid of problems and issues and this is kind of an intimate service that you are providing them.
02:43So just having a good-looking girl scrubbing a window is not gonna cut it.
02:47Ideally having third-party reviews is gonna push the needle forward because people know that they can. And trust you. So having these things like Google reviews, the trust pilot reviews is gonna help a lot.
02:58Another thing that I would look at is having testimonials. Uh, 20 years of service is okay, but people want to see other people that are happy or maybe like companies that you've been working with. Umm.
03:12This goes up here because this is not as relevant as this.
03:15So this is more of a show of who you are and what you've been doing for the last 20 years, uh, didn't you? Just right 20 years. I would honestly just kick and cut out all of this and just make sure that the first impression is good.
03:26Now, you have a lot of other stuff. The main, The thing when you have a quote system, I wanna track here how you're gonna track this. Is it gonna show properly what they want?
03:37So I'm gonna just dummy fill this out. Okay. And I see that you guys are preparing to launch this. So this is gonna be interesting to see how you're gonna execute this when, uh, from another place standpoint. Okay. So you can't lead the vent firing,
03:53as I thought. So the main thing would be that when you launch this camp- And the only option you right now have is optimus for leads or global cost per lead. The problem with this is that even if you start getting good leads, they will decay with time because the algorithm gets better optimus
04:07to give you less costing leads, which ends up being lower quality leads at the same time.
04:12But you have- haven't anywhere specified that. And basically, you get what you told the algorithm because it's a machine that's stupid and doesn't understand what you need as a business owner. So, my perspective would be the back end needs to be solved, the front end with the website and how the communication goes on the website
04:27needs to be upgraded and you need to- I'm what I'm going add all of the elements, like trust sign, trust symbols, and to make sure that the person coming to the website is going to be fully interested and, like, deeply understands that you can do this and not just that you just built
04:41the website and here- here we are. Because a lot of the times people had bad experience for us before. And you need to think about that.
04:47So again, like, you have this, this goes at the first, uh, at the first start of the website, not on the bottom. Like, I don't know who wears their medal of honor on their shoes. So, yeah, hopefully this helps and if you're interested,
05:00let's- book another call. If share the If to my be sure Okay, .
