00:00Hey guys. So I talked with and we were talking about paid advertising.
00:04He mentioned you guys. So I'm wanting to just do a quick video on how I'm looking at this whole project. And what I think are going to be the requirements for this project to be a success.
00:13Now I checked out if you're running any ads and I don't see any.
00:16So I'm just going to base on a tracking and website for now.
00:20And I can give you a couple of ideas on how I would go about advertising this, that the main thing is that a project like this needs to have a lot of data. You need to have a lot of good tracking systems and you need to exactly know what's going on
00:34at which point in every single session. Now I did a couple of testings.
00:39If you saw some random guy who's typing in like hive and tests or whatever, or anything like digital rock marketing, just cancel everything, delete that account because it was meet, tracking, checking your tracking.
00:50Uh, the main thing is your website looks good. I did, um, this morning, a speed test, sorry, I should have had this ready, but anyways, I did a speed test and it can be better. Now the speed tests are usually really important, mainly because of Facebook and Google bots.
01:07We're going to track what happens after the click. So the session is going to be notified if somebody drops out, if it doesn't load and if just people overall have a bad experience, or is it just going to increase your advertising costs?
01:19Because both Facebook and Google are the ones responsible for what happens even after the click. So you need to be mindful of that.
01:27So if you check this out, you have, uh, about 50 speed this morning was it was a little bit slow. Now computer should be good.
01:34Yep. So my suggestion would be look to continuously track the amount of people that you see are joining your website.
01:39If you see that you will have a majority of people on your computer, then that's okay. But if you have a lot of people from mobile, which is going to be the case, if you start doing PPC algorithm, even SEO, um, a lot of people are going to find through their mobile
01:52phones. So you need to think about that as well. Now I try to do a couple of these.
01:57Uh, we'll try to do a couple of these sign-ups I couldn't go get through this. I think you made this form too smart, because I want it dumped in my Gmail. It says in each of the company email, if I add my company email,
02:10it just says invalid parameters. Now it might be because I don't have a.com at the end of my domain, but like, I don't have a clue why like, whatever you do, doesn't help.
02:21So it kind of enraged me a bit at one point, but I suggest that you have, um, at every single step heat maps.
02:30Now, I don't know if, because you have the signup for password.
02:33Yeah. You cannot see what people back then, so it shouldn't be safe and it should be up to your standards.
02:38But my suggestion will be track every single session use. Hotjar use lucky orange use, whatever you want. Um, my team can do a couple of recommendations for you if you're interested.
02:49But main thing is you want to know exactly what happens with each session, because you might have a bug here or this might be too difficult as a form. And people might bounce even when they could became a Client. So that's going to be one of the most important things for us
03:02to have clarity on. If I'm a tech guy and I couldn't pass this.
03:06So guidance has trucks is going to have a hell of a time going through this. Now I did manage to book successfully a demo call.
03:14Uh, I'm going to cancel it right away. Um, but my suggestion is you need to track all this.
03:21Now you can add tracking to your Calendly systems easily. So whenever this happens, you need to have the event fire off as a book to them or something like that. Because again, if you start running Facebook ads, nothing of this is going to be actually
03:34tracked. So you're not going to know how much money you're making and already right now, Facebook is, uh, in a problem with tracking off the dire subjects and all that, but that can be solved with UTM tags anyways, um, when it comes to advertising, I would just focus on people that
03:51want to have an easy and simple solution. But the main issue is going to be, if we're going after people that are new to this, it's going to be a hell of a time actually selling them this. So our ideal scenario would be to,
04:03for us to collect a lot of data on what your competition is doing and actually go for that. So if we can find where you have a strong point, like for example, your app is easier to use or you have better customer support, or you're just cheaper.
04:15It doesn't matter. Some people are going to react on that and we just need to figure out the way together. Again, we will get that data on how to actually steal your customer or the customers from your competition. We did that with supplements.
04:28We did that with other sources, like it's completely normal, and this is the best strategy because it's going to take you much longer to convert somebody into becoming a customer than actually stealing a customer.
04:38Um, so that's kind of be the main thing. Uh, I suggest that you have a system for making video tutorials of about your platform just easily and quickly showing everybody how your platform works.
04:50Um, you have a really nice design. This looks really user-friendly. So if, for example, you're really good at using people getting users that are like 50 years old or something like that, we would need a couple of people to show how they're using it,
05:05to explain how their, uh, their whole experience with you was. And all of that. Now I checked out yours, uh, traffic on the website and it's not huge.
05:13So I don't have a lot of data to base on. I see that you're going mainly for the tier one countries with the United States being on top. But my suggestion would be that, uh, you just have a really clear and precise explanation
05:26on where you're going to Excel in what the end customer you're going for can expect. If they sign up with you now they should, uh, with no credit card added.
05:36Is it all on, like from our experience, most people that have zero credit cards, they actually don't use the free trial.
05:41They sign up that's okay. And then they never use it, which is like a huge, huge, huge issue when you spend money to acquire them. So my suggestion would be to work out a lot on the tutorials and customer support. You have a good explanation,
05:56a good Example of this would be click up where, which we started using it for every single thing.
06:01You can find the video tutorial and even engaged bait here on top.
06:05They have a lot of videos. You just follow the videos and everything's there.
06:08So, uh, I think that that is going to be another pillar you need.
06:13Now, when it comes to advertising, we can do a lot of different things, but if you don't like we can push things through the funnel, but if you don't have the supporting elements to actually make people's lives easier, when it comes to converting in your website, all of the,
06:26all the other things are kind of not important. So I would love to have a call with you and just go over your, uh, your capabilities and go over your future plans.
06:34Augie had a lot of good things to say, but you guys, so yeah. Let me know if this self-doubt any and let me know if you want to give me access to your ad account, just so I can see what has your answer so far. So I can
06:46give you a quick audit and just tell you what you did and what you didn't do it. Okay. Um, thanks so much for listening to this video and talk to you.
