00:00So, I think the liberty of just going over all of your websites, and I just wanted to give you some ideas of feedback.
00:07I know you already have a lot of people in place, you maybe just send them this video and they can implement all of the things that we talked about here. Uhm, some of the things that I'm just going to give you ideas and then you can tell me if it's going
00:16to work or not. Uh, one thing I wanted to just go through.
00:20First it's going to be the website and how it performs, then I'm going to analyze the traffic you're already having now, and then give some ideas on how maybe you can optimize to, uh, get better revenue from the existing traffic, or either how to get better traffic from, uh,
00:32a couple of different factors that you have. Anyways, first of all, uh, when you see somebody starting off with leading, uhh, uhh. Supplying or leading this, leading that.
00:42One of the main things that comes to mind is that you don't know why your customers choose you compared to others.
00:48Umm, that's just a hunch, maybe it's not, but, uh, when you say leading that means nothing but sounds good. If we can figure out why people choose you and not a com- uh, competition. And we've formed that into one conclusive effective message, it's gonna work way better than what you have now.
01:07Umm, so that's, uh, uh, an idea that you can test out. Uh, what I would look at doing is sending out the post-purchase feedback form.
01:15So, that form can be something like, who did you buy else from, why did you choose out? How many times, uh, did you buy stuff like this before?
01:24Uh, what is the difference between us and them or stuff like that, you know? Uh, and through that you're gonna generate a significant amount of responses that are gonna give you information, uh, on how to form this message. And it's gonna help you quite a bit
01:37because that's gonna be a message that helps people, uh, reme- remember, uh, you as a brand.
01:41Now, another thing, uh, you have here a trust file. Um, it's, I, when we talked, you mentioned that you have it, but it's one thing that you have it, and it's a completely different thing, uh, to point out that you have 4.5 stars,
01:54because you can write this even if you're reviews of shit. And you have 300 reviews. Almost.
02:00Let's do it. So, yeah, I kind of think that one could have been used better.
02:05Now, if you move forward, um, this is okay. I kind of think this section here is kind of missing something, but that's okay. Here you have some empty space.
02:15I kind of think that that's, again, something that you could have optimized a little bit better. Now. I wanted to point out one thing.
02:22This is kind of annoying to me. But, uhm, you have on the bottom here this.
02:29My suggestion is if you can, in any way, get either testimonials of people with the videos so they can see it, or maybe just, uh, a couple of different examples of different customer types that buy the products from you that can help your other businesses decide to move
02:44forward with you. Uh, those are just a couple of, different small things. There's additional options we can look at, uhh, down the road. I wanted to now look at the website loading speed.
02:56Umm, 47 is not great, especially because you have a fer- There we go. A little of traffic coming in. Umm, and for this type of business, it's not, uhh, it's not that common which have a lot of traffic.
03:08It's not like yourself, it's just amazing. You have thousands of people coming, uhh, for you. So, looking into this, you can go to here and just see everything that you need to go in and clear up. So, that could help you quite a bit.
03:20Now, uhh, I'm still going to come back to the website. We're not done with the website. But, uhh, the point of this is that uhh, the point of, uhh, this is not combining your website with the traffic you're uhh, having. And uhh, yeah. Basically, you have almost 19,000 people coming to your website just in
03:41August. So, that means that you're doing something right. Now, when you analyze traffic here, most of it is organic, and it makes sense. Uhh, so, direct traffic is, It's mostly organic as well. It's just not smart properly.
03:55Uhh, now we have a little bit of faith that's probably just Google AdWords, and then you can see here for all social email.
04:03Now, when you look at email, it's no wonder it's all, It's only 0.2, because no matter how much time I spent on the website, I didn't get a single email pop-up. I didn't get anything that offers me, uh, to take my, uh, to take my information.
04:16So you do not really have a lot of ways of contact with me, unless they bought from you. Now, next thing we're here, you're giving away a d- discount to people if they copy and paste in, like, first-time buyers. Now, you can- this is,
04:30like, the worst option that you're doing, because you're giving away a discount for no reason.
04:35On top of it, it might cost some people to buy from you once and then not buy from you again. And that's, overall, in my opinion, not the best option to do.
04:43If you're gonna give away- a discount, you need to require something back from them. So, either request information before you can give them a code, so maybe a phone number, email something like that.
04:54Another option that you can do is to give them a guide on how to choose the right materials or how to, uh, have a right budget or some- uh, how to budget the right way or something like that. Um. I'll see you it really depends on who is the
05:06buyer. If people that are in construction are buying on behalf of their customers, then it's gonna be one approach compared to other people themselves are buying them and then giving it to people that don't know how to use stuff like this. Um, if it's B2B, then it's- especially then you- you need to kind
05:22of frame it towards that. So, questions like that, you kind of gave me a little bit of lead where to look at and how to develop a spurter. Uh, but overall, it's f- because you have traffic with- this you cannot have only 0.2 e-mail. That means you're leaving a ton of money on the table and,
05:38yeah, like, w- why leave money on the table? Uh, so she'll- that's a paid 3 percent.
05:44Uh, so yeah, I- I like the five that you can't pay here.
05:47Now, you can see her cab mostly non-branded. Uh, so you're- All all Okay.
05:53All right. If I can hear from these search terms, which I hope they can work, I would love to see if all of these actions result in, uh, the conversion that if they're proper for versions.
06:02Uh, so if we can look at maybe doing the Google one just in case, um, Brian, I think we're this only 4 percent, which is kind of weird. I kind of expect some more here.
06:12Um, while- Because you have a ton of people coming away from probably like 15,000 people searching for you. And then it's either nobody's bidding on you, so you don't have to show yourself that much, or you're not spending enough or something like that.
06:26I would just make sure that you're spending enough on Google, uh, so you don't have a situation where other people are bidding and stealing customers. Because that's all- You know, okay. So, yeah, with social, I don't know why it didn't point out what's how it's done.
06:42Overall, uh, how it looks to me is that you have decent, uhm, you have decent SEO, but then everything else is kind of lackluster. The website could get a little bit of a facelift. I'll have a look at of the number the first
06:53draft draft. At least a lot of additional small plugins can be added for tracking that could help you understand better how the people use the website, as well as, uh, you need, uh, better clarity on what's making you money.
07:04I just kind of see that everything is disjointed, and the fact that you're not running any remarketing email, or at least it's not that properly, and it's none.
07:12It makes sense that you're not- I'm not running because you're not, uh, showing up. It's kind of a red flag for me.
07:17And if I was talking to CMO, I would ask him, like, who is the main person making sure that you're making the most money? Because somebody- there's a holistic touch that's missing. So in my opinion, for a business like this, I would look at reviewing the full website and I just gave you a-
07:33a couple of things. Uh, there's probably five pages of documents we can build out. The five pages if we can build out for you, uh, if we did the deep dives. Now, besides that, uh, just making website faster is going to be really important for
07:47you because you really want to get them, uh, to load properly. And if you don't load your SEO, it's going to be a slow worry. Your post-point experience is going to be worse. Your ads, of course, are going to be higher. So you really need
07:58to make sure that you get the highest possible loading speed you can.
08:02Now, uh, one other thing that I wanted to ask is, have you talked about, uh, running, uh, uh, changing the call-offs button?
08:11So, Here, I would look at maybe, uh, an option where call us or we call you.
08:18So they add a phone number and then you can call them.
08:20I know that some people had a situation where people can freak out and then they don't want to get called, but you can still make those, uh, the phone number be identifiable.
08:29So they don't, I who's calling them. Um, I saw that that, uh, things like that, small changes to how you communicate and how people reach out to you can be quite effective at increasing or convergerates. Um, it would be really, like, I said this, but if you can clarify to
08:43me who's actually buying, who's the customer, uh, that would be really helpful. And by the go, he wears a kind of, It sounds like he's the user and not the business owner. I can't expect that those questions would be already known by the
08:54business owner. Uh, but Guma, I don't know how to properly use that thing most likely.
08:59Um, anyways, I hope you like this video. Um, that's recorded, uh, if I see anything else for the other companies you sent.
09:07And if you want to talk about this more, sounds good, if not, That's all good. Talk to you soon.
