00:00Hey, Nate. I hope you're doing well. So I'm just recording. As we talked about for a modern drummer, um, sorry. It took me a bit longer than usual.
00:09It just, I've been doing a lot of stuff everywhere and I'm just trying to catch up anyways. Um, the main thing I like about modern drama is the fact that they have a ton of people visiting the website.
00:21So they have a huge amount of backlinks. That's why they're really strong, uh, Google. And I see that they have over a hundred K people visiting them each month, which is amazing. Now.
00:30Um, I do have some other concerns that I will address, but basically this website looks so far with the numbers.
00:37We can see here and here. Like it's a thing on a cash pile now, until we dig in deeper, get tax the backend, I don't actually know, um, if my inclinations are going to be correct, but from everything so far, it looks like these guys managed to take who
00:55you really high position on Google for drummers. And now they're doing a lot with it.
01:00So I see that they're probably doing some affiliate marketers, some advertising through their website, but there are a lot of other issues that we need to discuss, like this amount of people coming through socialists, basically nothing. So there's a lot.
01:12We can do a lot. Now I'm just going to show you, uh, the main issue that the website has.
01:20It's slow. It's really slow. I've been having issues. Now. My internet that's been fluctuating.
01:26I influences, but basically anytime I opened anything on the website, it just took a couple of seconds. The list, it lagged, it didn't do a good job. So my suggestion will be the first go through a service like this. It's free. Like you can use this,
01:40you can use GT metrics and just see all of the issues in the website. Now it says here in Serbian, but you can figure out what it says.
01:47Um, and you can repeat the same test to get all of it in English. But the main point is, uh, the website's kind of been sloppy, sloppily done like a lot of that code, a lot of old format pictures, which you do add additional megabytes that the
01:59website needs to load, which just makes the website load slower. So with that, you lose a lot of people.
02:06They say that for each, uh, 10 seconds, um, or for each second, you shave off, you get like a zero, a one or 10%, uh, increasing conversion rates. So basically that's going to help you reach a huge amount of people that want to reach you already, but they're not able to
02:21do to the little lag your website. So you can see here, like CSS is an issue. And, uh, there's a lot of that JavaScript.
02:27Uh, the formats of the pictures are old. So there's a lot, a lot of things that can be improved just on the website, loading speed. Now, when we switch to the tracking, there is another issue. Um, the, the Google or the Facebook pixel is firing twice almost everywhere.
02:45So you have to initiate check cause it's not paired with the product catalog.
02:49Uh, which basically means that we don't know, or Facebook doesn't know which product has been added to cart.
02:54And it thinks the two products have been added to the cart or initiate the check on the same time, basically, meaning that if we ever run ads with this set up like this, we're going to get double fires for repurchase.
03:04And we're going to think we made a lot of money when we did it, which is a huge issue.
03:09Now I'm going to switch back. Um, one thing that this kind of weird for me is the fact that we have here, some of these ads that lead to websites that are not this.
03:21Now, if this is the same owner of the website, that's okay. I did notice it when we opened up, uh, the, uh, Dean Trump. Um, there wasn't any tracking attitudes.
03:30So I think that there is if we're even doing advertising the per the person that we're advertising to is blind to the, the, the quality of traffic we're bringing them.
03:40So even if we're going to continue doing like affiliate marketing or advertisement through the website, for other websites, we are able to set up tracking systems that are going to be able to show the people how much we've brought in value. So for example, something like this can be sold easily.
03:55Like I saw lots of different products like this. I think that with a website, like a 500,000 people coming to the website, some of them are going to buy if we remark it and with this, now, it really depends.
04:05If the client has enough interest to do that. Now, switching back, uh, there is one of the things that they noticed and that's this.
04:14So when I click on this button here, by now, it opens a dead link. So any that links means we are losing money and losing customers keep that in mind.
04:23It's a big, big, big issue that we need to solve in something like this cannot be happening. A easy solution for this is just set the heat maps, and we have heat maps. You can see where, who, who ended up where and what was causing the issue.
04:35So you basically get every session recorded like Nathan, if we're watching this all the way, um, he already noticed that that's kind of the same pattern that we launch in it. We start working with just plugging all of the holes and making sure
04:46that we have all of the data that we need to be collected.
04:50Um, okay. Um, besides this kind of thing, now it's a simple t-shirt and understand that again, the same issues you can't, it doesn't work in double fires and everything else in the same as initial checkout, there can be additionally, some small modifications done to the space,
05:07uh, loads of veteran acts better. I didn't check the website on the mobile phone. So potentially we have even more issues there.
05:13But again, I didn't check in. I'm almost at the end of my time.
05:17Uh, one of the last things I did was I subscribed to their email is just wanting to see what's going to happen. And the issue is that nothing happened. So it says, thank you for subscribing, which is okay, but it would be good if it says like
05:33subscription or lead event or something that happens is something should happen. There. We are basically blind to all of the people subscribing.
05:42We don't know how many people scrubbed to our advertisement, for example. So my suggestion would be that we change how this works.
05:49Maybe we add a couple of posts. Maybe we add, like I would just remove these ads on the side. Maybe.
05:54Um, it really depends on the client's Business model. Uh, I would maybe add some of those like free shipping over a hundred dollars or something like that on top.
06:03And ideally the client can tell us how big the email list is and who is the dominant cohort of the email list.
06:11That, that can be really helpful. If the email list is bigger than 10,000 people, we should be able to use it with devastating results.
06:17So, yeah. Thank you. Thank you so much for watching this and let me know what you think. I really think this business can do a lot with Facebook, Google, YouTube ads, Instagram.
06:26It can kill it without a lot.
