Our process is simple and communication with candidates is always open. This is how the hiring process works:
After applying for the position, our recruitment team evaluates your qualifications for the selected role. Our recruiter will contact you if you are selected for the next phase.
2nd next phase is an introductory interview – in 15 minutes, you need to make an introduction, and we will provide you with information about the position.
3rd phase is a technical interview with a test task. Your time to shine and show us what you know. When all steps are complete, the team members and recruiters will submit their feedback and discuss whether you are the perfect fit for this role or another one in our company. You can discuss the details with them if you receive a job offer. After you accept the offer, you’ll work together to determine the start date, complete the paperwork, and finalise other details.
Whatever decision is made, the recruiter will contact you with the final decision.
